Education Center Operations
Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned nuclear education center.
Open and close the facility to accommodate scheduled groups and walk-in visitors during regular hours.
Maintain a consistent on-site presence during operating hours to greet guests and answer questions.
Partner with Site Services, Security, and local IT to ensure the facility is clean, well-maintained, secure, and fully operational.
Collaborate with Nuclear Communications to recommend and support IT equipment and materials for presentations and educational activities.
Propose content for digital signage to promote education center programs and events.
Manage the education center's public email inbox and phone line; coordinate with Corporate Communications to respond to community inquiries.
Educational Programming & Community Outreach
Educate plant neighbors and area visitors on the benefits of nuclear energy using pre-approved, standardized presentations.
Deliver educational presentations to scheduled groups; work with Nuclear Communications to tailor content as appropriate.
Schedule, organize, and manage group visits and bookings, prioritizing activities in collaboration with Nuclear Communications.
Support key education center programs and events in partnership with Nuclear Communications and site personnel.
Coordinate event logistics, including vendor engagement and ordering necessary materials.
Work with Nuclear Communications and site leadership to identify and schedule volunteer presenters, as needed.
Signature Events & Special Programming
Partner with Nuclear Communications and site personnel to plan, promote, and execute signature education center events.
Serve as the primary point of contact for pre-event preparation and day-of execution.
Manage all event logistics, including vendor coordination, volunteer scheduling, and facility readiness in collaboration with Site Services.
Coordinate with Nuclear Communications and site leadership to secure volunteer support, as needed.

Box Office
Operating POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and redeemed discount tickets, passes and coupons
Up selling/suggestive selling of Premium Viewing Experience (3D, RPX, IMAX).
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy
Responding to phone calls and questions from guests in a manner that is consistent with our guest service philosophy
Concession
Operating POS system, including the proper handling of and responsibility for accuracy of cash drawer, credit cards, travelers' checks, gift cards and redeemed coupons as well as concession stock inventory.
Promoting the Regal Crown Club program
Operating, preparing and cleaning of all concession related equipment
Up selling/Suggestive selling
Complying with all local, state and federal food safety laws.
Abide by all federal and state laws with regards to breaks and/or meal periods.
Ensure required alcohol certification and training are current where applicable.
If the theatre sells alcohol and your assigned duties will include the selling/serving of alcohol, you must be of legal age to sell or serve alcohol according to state or local laws.
Required to read and understand training materials that will cover subjects such as sexual harassment and discrimination.
Usher
Tearing tickets, collecting and depositing appropriate stub, and directing patrons to their auditoriums.
Inspecting backpacks and packages when applicable.
Managing crowd control and assisting guests in finding seats in auditoriums when necessary
Enforcement of MPAA rating system
Conducting in theatre inspections to monitor picture and sound quality, watch for film and content theft, and help maintain a safe quality environment within the auditoriums
Reporting to the management any problems, discrepancies or unusual situations that arise at the theatre.
Perform in-auditorium concession auxiliary sales as directed by management
Cleaning auditoriums at the end of scheduled shows and maintaining clean restrooms, lobby area, hallways and other areas outside of the auditorium
Monitoring the cleanliness and operation of theatre vending equipment
Assisting with all opening and closing duties as assigned by management
Pay Scale Information: $13/hr

Education/Experience:
Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.

In addition, you must complete the Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University.

RESIDENT CARE
Learns and make proper use of the Alis (Assisted Living Integrated Solution) Ehr system.
Follows the hydration schedule established for the residents is maintained during the shift.
Completes resident meal attendance sheets have been completed and any resident who has not dined in the dining room has been provided room service and / or accounted for.
Knows and complies with all resident rights.
Checks all assigned residents daily for cleanliness, appropriate clothing, any continence issues and change in condition. Ensures rooms are trash free and beds are made.
Uses proper sanitary procedures and universal precautions.
Checks on assigned resident rooms daily for general cleanliness and neatness and takes appropriate action; ensures high risk rooms are double checked.
Assists with conducting laundry rooms, common areas - including bathrooms - checks for cleanliness and any exposed hazardous chemicals; and takes appropriate action (i.e., contacting housekeeping, securing the chemicals)
Completes all ADLs for assigned residents according to the resident's Personalized Service Plan (PSP)
Responds to security system and resident call bells promptly & immediately; takes appropriate action including resetting call bells.
Reports any issues to the DON (Director of Nursing) in regard to the residents.
Requirements:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/LICENSURE- CERTIFICATION
High School education preferred and may be required by the state.
Previous experience working with elders, preferred.
Must be at least 18 years of age to perform the personal care aspects of the RCA position.
