Prior to Corbus spent 17 years at GE and Genpact (a spin off from GE in 2005), played various role leading Supply Chain and Analytics business, Supply Chain Process & Digital Transformation leader and last served as Global Head of Sales for their Manufacturing & Services business leading the growth globally across all products, service lines and geographies. I spent last 20+ years leading Supply Chain & Procurement Transformation for Fortune 100 enterprises leading key initiatives for them on process automation and digital transformation. I was instrumental in building Genpact’s Supply Chain & Procurement Analytics and consulting business into a $700M P&L across Aerospace, Manufacturing, CPG, Healthcare and Retail. I have also helped clients realize significant improvement in business metrics with over $1.5BN+ in cost saving, $700M+ in Cash flow improvement and 20%+ improvement in “On time delivery” all clients combined. As a Lean Six Sigma Practitioner and Supply Chain Domain expert, I drive transformation combining Domain knowledge, Data Analytics and Digital Solutions. I have an entrepreneurial outlook, I am an Investor and advisor to ConnectE Technology LLC, an eCommerce start-up firm focused on Engineering talent.

Prior to Oasis Tom was founder and CEO of American Security Ventures, a firm that specialized in raising capital and managing acquisitions for Homeland Security and Biometric Industries. Tom was also CEO of Viisage Technology, which was a publicly traded security company notable for commercializing facial recognition technology. Tom and his team were credited with the company’s turnaround, increasing Viisage’s market value to a $300 million company. For more than 20 years, Tom held a number of senior finance and executive positions at Digital Equipment Corporation (now HP Corporation) including VP of Finance & Administration for the company’s $6 billion U.S. Field Operations and Vice President the company’s $2.0 billion and 5,000-person Federal Systems Group. Tom has served as director for a number public and private companies and faith based organizations. Tom was awarded a Bronze Star as Vietnam combat veteran with the 1st Infantry Division.

Prior to his appointment in June 2018, Simon was Group Chief Executive of BBA Aviation plc for 10 years, a FTSE 150 listed, US-based group that employs some 14,000 people at over 200 locations around the world. Simon led the migration and growth of BBA Aviation from a financial conglomerate to the world's leading aviation support and aftermarket services company.Simon is currently a Non-Executive Director of Electrocomponents plc, is Chairman of its Remuneration Committee and is a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees. He was appointed to the Board in September 2016.Simon is a Fellow of the Royal Aeronautical Society and a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment. Simon qualified as a Chartered Accountant in the UK before working at the global investment banking firms of Lazards and JP Morgan, in London and New York, and at the international automotive and engineering group GKN plc in the UK and Germany in a range of international corporate finance, finance and general management roles. Simon has also chaired or been on the Board of numerous trade bodies including the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders and the General Aviation Manufacturers Association, and was an Associate Director of Alvis plc prior to its acquisition by BAe in 2004.
