Most of people were nice but except for CEO and COO the executive team was way over their heads
No work/life balance. expect to be on call 24/7
benefits are meh. nothing special at all
New CEO is sharp as well as COO. The CPO and CFO are genuinely clueless

It's comparable to industry average in most groups but the BD department is top heavy. Same story of let's throw money at it to fix the problem
