YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Job Responsibilities

BASIC PURPOSE:

Education:

What You'll Do:

What You'll Do
Coordinate with Centralized Load Control (CLC), ramp staff, and cargo teams to support safe and timely flight departures
Calculate estimated zero fuel weight (EZFW) and transmit to flight dispatch
Prepare and review flight documentation (checklists, logs, UCM telexes, etc.)
Verify cargo documents, loading instructions, and notify teams of errors or updates
Communicate last-minute changes (LMCs) to the cockpit crew and adjust load sheets accordingly
Track and report weight discrepancies or fuel impacts that affect ZFW
Uphold safety standards and loading principles based on load category and flight destination
Maintain accurate records and follow airline-specific and regulatory requirements

Aviation experience or 3+ months in a customer service role preferred

Our maintenance shop in Everett, WA includes a team of six who together manage a fleet of five Cessna Caravans and two PC-12 aircraft while maintaining an equal number of privately owned aircraft. Our aircraft mechanics work with self-sufficiency, while still operating within a team to achieve focused larger company goals.
Job Functions and Responsibilities:
* Performs preventative maintenance including changing oil, tune-ups, checking fluid levels etc.
* Identifies and troubleshoots mechanical issues by using computerized diagnostic equipment and repairs as required
* Follows checklists to ensure that all parts are thoroughly examined
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years aircraft maintenance experience required
* A&P license required
* PC-12 experience a plus
* Cessna 208 experience
* Great attitude and willingness to learn
