The Technician is required to stay updated on advancements in laboratory techniques to improve patient outcomes. The Medial Laboratory Technician is required to work three (3) scheduled days per month and be available for additional short notice call in. The Medical Laboratory Technician maintains proficient phlebotomy skills across the life span, able to work independently and employ critical thinking skills demonstrated by competent troubleshooting abilities. The Medial Laboratory Technician is required to work three (3) scheduled days per month and be available for additional short notice call in.
