* An average of at least twenty-four (24) hours of formal safety training each year for the past five years (typical training acceptable: Competent Person Excavation & Trenching, First Aid & CPR, Fall Protection Training, Electrical Hazards, Hazard Communication, Driver Training, Confined Space Hazards, Hazardous Material Training, etc.). Current 40 Hour Construction Hazard Awareness Course (EM385-1-1) and working knowledge of OSHA and EM385-1-1 and other state and federal agency safety requirements.
* Extensive knowledge of Fall Protection standards meeting the minimum Competent Person for Fall Protection as described in EM385-1-1.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Summary
Assists the Project Engineer with being the technical source of information for the project. Responds to questions about drawings, specifications, shop drawings, and change orders and have responsibility for assisting in writing change orders, RFl's, meeting minutes, and reviewing Submittals. Maintains an effective and professional working relationship with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers. This position includes three 'steps' (I, II and Senior), which provide for a progression of skill and experience. Step II is used for employees with 2 years of experience in this position, or with experience on larger and more complex projects. The 'Senior' step is used for employees with more than 4 years of experience and/or experience on significantly larger or more complex projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assists Project Engineer in developing and maintaining as-built drawings and other work tasks and assists with or reviews and processes submittals, change orders, RFl's, and budget forecasting. Ensures the timely and appropriate generation, collection, distribution, storage, retrieval and ultimate disposition of meeting agendas, RFl's and daily reports.
2. Demonstrates an understanding of the project management plan (PMP) and is involved in support and execution of the plan. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the change management process and performs project scope activities and supports the project team to ensure the work needed to complete the project successfully.
3. Ensures the administration of the project quality management plan and demonstrates and reinforces a culture of safety throughout the project.
4. May assist in the calculation of daily production rates and unit costs for self-performed work. Participates in risk management including identification, analysis, response planning and monitoring and control on a project and demonstrates competency in understanding the environmental control processes for the project and takes corrective actions when necessary.
5. May be responsible for overseeing/managing the BIM (Building Information Modeling) Coordination between Subcontractors and Designers.
6. May be responsible for the documentation and submittal for the LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Certification of a building and for creating and updating Digital Record Drawings (ORD).
7. May provide lines, grades and layout as required for the project while maintaining an organized log book.
8. May provide the following weekly quantities: maintains accurate quantity logs and reports quantities in compliance with the cost control manual. Completed logs are to be filed with the project files. Perform elements of the processes involved in budgeting and controlling costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. 9. Provides support to superintendents required for the execution of the work and assists in the resolution of field problems as necessary.

The Project Scheduler position includes 2 steps based on experience in the function which are as follows:- Project Scheduler I - 3‐5 years CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.- Project Scheduler, Sr. - 5+ years CPM scheduling experience in similar types of construction.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assists in the development of claims by providing analysis of project CPM schedule performance.
2. Assists the Project Superintendent with the incorporation into the CPM schedule the effects form design conflicts and clarifications.
3. Assists the project superintendent with the management of the CPM schedule for the successful execution of the work, including the coordination of the means and methods, manpower, equipment and material resources required to accomplish this goal.
4. Conducts project CPM schedule review meetings at each of proposal, baseline and update phases.
5. Creates the baseline schedule based on logic and sequence information provided by the project superintendent.
6. Develops proposal phase CPM schedules from project information provided by the estimating team and historical database.
7. Produces a final as-built CPM schedule at the completion of each project.
8. Provides reports each month to the general manager indicating the status of the CPM schedule for each project.

Job Summary
A Project HSE Manager is an integral member of a project team and they are highly dedicated to the health and well-being of others. In addition to serving as a safety resource for their teammates, their main function is to facilitate Sundt HS&E programs. 3. Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Environmental Management Plan.
4. Creates, updates, maintains, and facilitates the Project Safety Management Plan.
5. Facilitates the Sundt Safety Management and Illness Prevention Systems Manual on the project.
6. Manages emergencies, incidents, and worker's compensation claims.
7. Reviews and files project safety documentation.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. Certifications and licenses: Preferred, but not required- STSC, CHST, ASP, CSP.

Summary
The Estimator is responsible to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for assigned projects, applying knowledge of specialized methodologies, techniques, principles, and/or processes. The Estimator is also expected to follow-up with clients, in an effort to overcome obstacles that could stand in the way of being awarded the contract. For awarded contracts, the Estimator provides on-going cost estimate support to operations.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Estimator will perform the following duties in a safe, productive, and effective manner:
* Identifies and quantifies construction elements
* Enters quantities into appropriate software program for pricing
* Provides initial data for entry into Commence software
* Provides Contracts Department with applicable specifications documents to identify insurance requirements
* Sends new contracts for "Corporate" review
* Identifies, contacts, and creates relationships with vendors/suppliers in order to assess vendor/supplier capabilities for specific project
* Analyzes and scopes vendors/suppliers to determine best value and project continuity
* Based on analysis, proactively works to persuade vendors and/or suppliers to commit to best pricing
* Completes estimate:
* Assembles quantities in pricing format to reflect bid form requirements
* Creates baseline job duration
Determines what special equipment might be job specific
* Applies best value vendors/subs to estimate
* Identifies to whom we are bidding and prepares bid form, bid proposal letter and/or qualifications
* Researches construction history for techniques related to job elements and productivity, value enhancing, value engineering, and alternative constructability
* Ensures "Standard Conditions" are included in every proposal
* Includes proposal language that allows for reductions of 50% when job is 50% complete; also attempts to get language that allows for final retentions when 60 days of completion of Baker work
* Packages and sends proposal on time; reviews with Operations for productivity/manpower, etc.
