The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and producing all marketing deliverables (e.g., qualifications, proposals), presentations and in-house planning meetings to strategically position Skanska in the market by taking on responsibilities including but not limited to: hiring, managing and developing the local marketing team; communicating corporate marketing strategies and goals to staff; proactively translating innovative and strategic ideas into proposal content; interviewing team members and strengthening all sections of deliverables; maintaining internal partner relationships and resolving day-to-day issues; participating in local annual business/sales planning and tracking project pipeline to ensure timely approvals; planning and tracking annual trade shows, award submissions, and major office meetings; representing firm to clients, business associates and industry-related organizations; anticipating and proactively mitigating risks.

**Marketing Manager Required Qualifications:**

+ Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office Suite
+ Expertise in writing, proofreading and editing

Qualifications:

Job Summary
Knowledgeable in all duties performed by Payroll Clerk I and II. Assists management in daily operations of Department and is responsible for the management of the department in management's absence. Responsible for various specific duties including processing of Payroll, quarterly reports, W-2's and tax account reconciliations. Ideal candidate will have Certified Payroll Experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assist other clerks with problems as they arise and are the SME of the payroll system and its capabilities.
2. Assists supervisor in daily operation of the department.
3. Audits weekly 40 hour exception reports, processes W-4s, PAFs and craft transfers and runs standard system reports, (e.g. time and pay edits, and certified payroll reports.)
4. Batches, processes and verifies labor time sheets and communicates with jobsite personnel to reduce errors.
5. Completes weekly payroll processing cycle.
6. Prepares correspondence to the field and is responsible for maintenance of the Employee Master.
7. Responsible for payroll activities pertaining to administrative personnel.
8. Responsible for proper allocation, verification and distribution of W-2s and processes Quarterly and Annual Tax Reports and reconciliations to the General Ledger.
9. Review integrity of reports and corrects history records.
Minimum Job Requirements
1. A minimum of five years accounting experience, with a minimum of three years in Payroll. Some supervisory experience.
2. Able to work extended hours on a regular basis. Excellent data entry skills & Excel.
3. High school diploma or equivalent and some entry level college accounting classes.
4. Must have decision making capabilities and leadership qualities, be detail oriented and capable of high volume output under stress.
5. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Overall management of construction activities and task assignments

Create, review and update project schedule and three weeks look ahead scheduling

The base pay range for this role is $140,800 MIN - $211,200 MAX. (Actual range is higher for the following office locations: Denver, CO and Chicago, IL - 5%, Seattle, WA, and Portland, OR - 10%, Washington, D.C. - 12.5%).
Base pay is positioned within the range based on several factors including an individual's knowledge, skills, and experience, with consideration given to internal equity. This position is eligible for Mortenson's incentive plan.

Basic Job Functions:

The Step I level is capable of less complex projects of $20 million and under in size and typically with 3 to 5 years of experience in this position. The Step II level is capable of medium scale projects of $20 - $50 million in size with typically 5 to 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Has overall responsibility for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction as well as responsibility for personnel decisions that impact the project. Plans, acquires, reviews, develops and manages the project team to ensure relentless execution of the project.
2. Establishes the project charter and a comprehensive project management plan (PMP) including the project scope management plan, procurement plan, environmental plan, time management plan, financial plan, quality management and safety plans and risk management plan to ensure successful project execution. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the change management process.
3. Participates in the business development process including client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations, and negotiations for selected projects.
4. Responsible for understanding and administering prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, insurance,
etc. Oversees and ensures all the processes involved in budgeting and controlling costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. Demonstrates business acumen within area of responsibility.

6. Champions the orderly, timely transition of projects from the estimating phase to the field. This transition shall include project review meetings, which encompass a review of contract requirements, general conditions, schedules, budgets, subcontracts, and purchase order agreements.
7. Coordinates with the Project Superintendent the means and methods required for the successful and profitable execution of the work. Reviews and monitors manpower, equipment, and material resources to accomplish this goal.
8. Manages the development of the overall CPM schedule and assures coordination with the Project Superintendent and the procurement schedule with the Project Engineer. Ensures that as many levels of detailed schedules are prepared and distributed as required to support the project schedule. Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes. Ensures that the Lean process is effectively utilized for all scheduling activities.
9. Responsible for the preparation of Monthly Progress Report including accurate cost projections.
10. Reviews, negotiates, and executes all change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustments.
11. Manages all billings to ensure timely submission of payment applications and collection of payments from the owner in order to maintain a positive cash flow position. Manages the overall payment process and follows all prompt pay laws with the subcontractors.
12. Responsible for the timely preparation and execution of purchase order agreements and subcontracts with respect to insurance certificates, bonds, and the appropriate lien waivers.
13. Completes close-out requirements and punch lists in a timely manner. Manages warranty callbacks quickly to maintain owner/client relationships.
14. Prevents claims, identify potential claims, quantify, mitigate/resolve the effects of those that do occur on a timely basis.
Minimum Job Requirements:
1. Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
2. Experience in preconstruction and in managing construction projects.

Job Summary
The Project Superintendent (PS) will plan, coordinate, and supervise the field and/or administrative operations of projects. They will provide technical direction and have responsibility for the safety, costs, productivity, profitability, and overall quality of the work (including self-performed work) for the project(s). The PS will establish productivity goals and measure performance as well as schedule labor, materials, and equipment, including the work of subcontractors and may supervise one or more field superintendents. This position will be working within our Water division focusing on water and wastewater projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Assists in the review of shop drawings, submittals, subcontract change orders and purchase orders.
2. Conducts weekly coordination meetings with project teams and subcontractors and prepares daily field status reports.
3. Coordinates the documentation of design conflicts and clarifications with the appropriate personnel.
4. Develops and manages the construction plan for the successful execution of the work performed.
5. Ensures work is executed according to contract terms and conditions in a profitable manner.
6. Interacts effectively with owners, teams and other stakeholders to maintain a positive project environment and exceptional client experience.
7. Prepares and updates the original CPM Project Schedule and ensures the schedule is kept current to manage the project appropriately while utilizing LEAN processes and Weekly Work Plans.
8. Provides leadership and guidance to assigned project team members and subcontractors.
9. Responsible for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction.
10. Responsible for the development and implementation of the Project Quality Management and Safety plans according to Sundt standards.

Basic Job Functions:
Responsible for providing leadership and management to assigned projects in a safe, profitable, and timely manner. Manages the work in a manner consistent with standards of quality and integrity.
Participates as requested in the marketing, estimating, bidding, and contract negotiation phases of the projects assigned. Primary function is to serve as champion for the execution of the work - preconstruction (when assigned) and construction. This position will support our Water division working on water/wastewater facilities. We are looking for a Project Manager with experience on these types of projects.
This position includes two "steps" (I, II), which provide for a progression of skill and experience. The Step I level is capable of less complex projects of $20 million and under in size and typically with 3 to 5 years of experience in this position. The Step II level is capable of medium scale projects of $20 - $50 million in size with typically 5 to 10 years of experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Has overall responsibility for project success, including profitability, safety, schedule, quality and customer satisfaction as well as responsibility for personnel decisions that impact the project. Plans, acquires, reviews, develops and manages the project team to ensure relentless execution of the project.
2. Establishes the project charter and a comprehensive project management plan (PMP) including the project scope management plan, procurement plan, environmental plan, time management plan, financial plan, quality management and safety plans and risk management plan to ensure successful project execution. Demonstrates a thorough understanding of the change management process.
3. Participates in the business development process including client contacts, relationships, proposals, presentations, and negotiations for selected projects.
4. Responsible for understanding and administering prime contract terms and conditions, contract documents, subcontract agreements, purchase order agreements, insurance,
etc. Oversees and ensures all the processes involved in budgeting and controlling costs so that the project can be completed within the approved budget. Demonstrates business acumen within area of responsibility.
5. Participates in preparation and review of estimates with attention to the following: adherence to cost control system, equipment requirements and utilization, constructability, formwork, materials, manpower, general conditions, schedule, insurance, etc.
6. Champions the orderly, timely transition of projects from the estimating phase to the field. This transition shall include project review meetings, which encompass a review of contract requirements, general conditions, schedules, budgets, subcontracts, and purchase order agreements.
7. Coordinates with the Project Superintendent the means and methods required for the successful and profitable execution of the work. Reviews and monitors manpower, equipment, and material resources to accomplish this goal.
8. Manages the development of the overall CPM schedule and assures coordination with the Project Superintendent and the procurement schedule with the Project Engineer. Ensures that as many levels of detailed schedules are prepared and distributed as required to support the project schedule. Pays special attention to prevention and documentation of delays or changes. Ensures that the Lean process is effectively utilized for all scheduling activities.
9. Responsible for the preparation of Monthly Progress Report including accurate cost projections.
10. Reviews, negotiates, and executes all change orders, supplements, and cost control budget adjustments.
11. Manages all billings to ensure timely submission of payment applications and collection of payments from the owner in order to maintain a positive cash flow position. Manages the overall payment process and follows all prompt pay laws with the subcontractors.
12. Responsible for the timely preparation and execution of purchase order agreements and subcontracts with respect to insurance certificates, bonds, and the appropriate lien waivers.
13. Completes close-out requirements and punch lists in a timely manner. Manages warranty callbacks quickly to maintain owner/client relationships.
14. Prevents claims, identify potential claims, quantify, mitigate/resolve the effects of those that do occur on a timely basis.
Minimum Job Requirements:
1. Four-year construction-related degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience.
2. Experience in preconstruction and in managing construction projects.
3. Thorough knowledge of contract documents, materials, equipment utilization, scheduling systems, productivity analysis, construction operations, and cash flow procedures is essential.
4. Proficient use of all Microsoft Office Suite programs
