What you'll do:
* The Stores person will receive, issue and deliver items of stores in a courteous and professional manner.
* Account for items of stores on the MOD MJDI system.
* Carry out filing of all auditable documentation as directed by the Line Manager.
* Maintain appearance and cleanliness of all areas in the Stores Complex.
* Driving a variety of vehicles within the Stores pool, ranging from cars, lorries, forklifts and Powerflex Sweepers. Complete first daily inspections on all vehicles.
* Maintain the outward appearance and cleanliness of the Northwood Headquarters.
* Undertake general duties as directed by your Line Manager to support the Northwood Contract
* To assist with gritting and snow clearing from roads, pathways and other hard landscaped areas as directed in adverse winter weather conditions.
What you'll bring to the role:
* Proven record of good customer service.
* A good sound knowledge of stores accounting procedures - ideally MoD MJDI.
* Forklift Driver licence (highly desirable)
* Good Health & Safety knowledge and attention to detail.

In this role you will:
* Maintain and update the Asset records.
* Support change management process to ensure smooth handover of Asset Information
* Ensure filing structures both electronic and paper are maintained to support contractual evidencing of Asset capture for handback compliance for key stakeholders and the client alike.
* Prepare data for trend analysis of condition monitoring for Asset & Lifecycle tasks including monthly dashboards to support performance monitoring and reporting.
* The provision of accurate reporting information to management in the following key areas; Asset Management, contractual reporting for Client and Skanska OU requirements.
* Develop and run reports for various data sets and management information (MI) derived from the CAFM and other IT platforms.
* Support contractual audits & statutory, mandatory & technical compliance checks.
* Working with other teams, ensure up to date information is provided to maintain accurate Asset databases across all critical services.
* Identify and highlight any risks associated with Asset data integrity to line management.
* Monitor service delivery in relation to Service Level Agreements/Contract requirements for specialist sub-contractors.
* Maintain personal training and development to support the role
* Undertake any other reasonable tasks that may arise from time to time as required.
* Whilst the primary location for this role is Northwood Headquarters, there may be a future requirement to support the wider business bidding needs within the Skanska defence portfolio which could require travel to other sites or locations.
In this role we need:
* Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and experience with O365 applications

* Able to gain and maintain MoD Security clearance
* Experience using CAFM Databases (e.g. Concept Evolution)
* Experience of Asset capture software (e.g. Mobiess)

You Will

* Co-ordinate and plan maintenance activities in support of Operations Manager HFM, Client, End Users and other technical departments (e.g. Skanska CIS Team, Maintenance/Engineering Team, Asset Management including lifecycle and project works
* Provide technical advice and support to shift teams and 3rd party contractors working in the NCC complex
* Effectively manage sub-contractors ensuring work is carried out in line with the company procedures and statutory legislation
* Ensure workmanship and productivity comply with contract Key Performance Indicators
* Ensure health, safety and other statutory compliance appropriate to the role
* Supervise, and where required formulate programmes of work for, maintenance, lifecycle and capital works projects
* Train and instruct shift teams as appropriate in the NCC complex shift routines and procedures
* Monitor staff attendance, annual leave requirements and sickness ensuring all instances are correctly logged.
* Actively manage poor performance, ensuring that effective performance development review meetings are carried out effectively with all direct reports as required including management of short- and long-term absence in line with Skanska's Absence Management Procedure
Skills /Experience required:
Mandatory
* Previous experience in a similar maintenance role
* Experience of both open and closed protocol BMS systems (Johnson, Honeywell, Satchwell etc.), network-based fire alarm, CCTV, access control systems, IDS, PA/VA and other electronic building services
* Excellent team working and problem-solving capabilities
* Proficient in Microsoft packages, including word, excel and outlook
* Ability to manage a number of services simultaneously in accordance with the Northwood SLA's and client expectations
* Must be capable of fully satisfying the Client security clearance minimum requirements
Desirable
* Knowledge of Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) Systems
* Work experience in a MOD environment and compliance with Safe Systems of Work (JSP 375, Vol 3)

The Senior Internal Auditor is a member of the U.S. Internal Audit Team that conducts compliance and risk-based audits of projects and processes in coordination with senior leaders. Prepare and assemble estimates and proposals for different contract types (e.g., lump sum, GMP, Cost Plus).
Participate in estimate reviews with Design team and client.
Participate in project hand-off to Operations and conduct proper transfer of knowledge from Preconstruction to Operations.
Participate in authoring scope requisitions for bidding/procurement of Mechanical, Electrical, Lighting, and Architectural Finish systems; coordinate with fellow estimators to eliminate scope gaps and overlaps.
Evaluate vendor proposals relative to their scope of work; determine scope coverage and manage risk of scope gaps.
Assist project staff in evaluating large change orders.
Gather and analyze Mechanical, Electrical, Lighting, and Architectural Finish bid data for projects using SourceBlue system breakdown sheets. Maintain historical cost database of data.
Utilize quantification and cost estimating tools and/or software in use by local business center.
May supervise Assistant MEP Estimators, Estimating Assistants and/or Interns.

The salary range for this position is estimated to be $100,000.00 - 180,000.00 annualized, which represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
