Be able to estimate dental fees for copay and treatment. Repeating the phrase "this is only an estimate and may change based upon proof of income that is provide" is required during call. Schedule the dental appointment with the dentist of record. Repeat appointment date, time and location to caller 100% of the time. Inform parent or legal guardian that they must be present at the first appointment or if annual registration is due. Inform caller they will need to bring a list of their medications. Place a note in the note box of the appointment regarding slide and insurance information. Other duties as assigned.
