2002 – Skanska acquires E. L. Yeager Construction Co., Inc. and expands operations in the west – California.

2004

2004 – Skanska acquires BFW Construction and expands operations in the Midwest and Texas.

2004 – Skanska helps establish the World Economic Forum’s Partnering Against Corruption Initiative.

2005
