Document all inspection rounds and any incidents on the Property Attendant Checklist and note any issues on the Daily Action Plan for General Manager's investigation.
Follow company procedure by verifying IDs to provide access to rooms for guests who become locked out.
Take responsibility for insuring that property is clean, free of any trash/debris, and ensure that all storage and employee areas are secured on a nightly basis

Daily Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Position oneself to dispense gasoline or kerosene into customer vehicle or approved containers. Must be able to load approved containers into customer vehicle.
Provide excellent customer service by being polite to each customer.
Must be able to move from vehicle to vehicle to operate gasoline pumps, fill gas tanks, and provide other additional services to customers vehicles.
Provides quality customer service to include assistance with purchases.
Receives payments from customers and returns appropriate change as needed.
Balances currency sales daily.
Places cash drops into floor safe in accordance with service station procedures.
Position oneself to properly clean restrooms, gasoline and kerosene pumps and service station office including wiping of pump surfaces, mirror surfaces, sink surfaces, cleaning toilets and mopping floors.
Remove trash liners from trashcans and place in large garbage collection dumpster.
Must be able to sweep the lot daily and remove debris and place in trash container.
Occasionally move boxes of supplies exceeding 50 lbs.
Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
During winter months, must remove snow from walkways using a broom or shovel.
Must be able to distribute salt on walkways and driveways after snow removal.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
