As a Front Gate Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors. You'll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of everyone who enters our grounds, while representing the professionalism and warmth that define the Congressional experience.
What will be expected of you:
Greet all vehicle and pedestrian traffic - members, guests, employees, and visitors - with courtesy and professionalism.
Enforce access policies according to the Front Gate Manual to prevent unauthorized entry.
Record vehicle and personal information as required.
Remain alert for irregular or unusual conditions that may pose safety or security risks.
Respond promptly to emergencies and incidents, including medical situations, property damage, or suspicious activity.
Coordinate with local law enforcement and fire department personnel as needed.
Administer CPR, First Aid, or AED assistance when trained and necessary.
Answer and manage calls to the Guard House phone line.
Maintain cleanliness and order of the guardhouse, including light cleaning tasks.
Perform other duties related to the Front Gate as assigned by the supervisor

CPR/AED certification (preferred)

Overview
Assist the Outlet Manager in maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, as well as providing guests stellar service.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The following are specific contributions that must be developed during the training program in order to successfully complete the program and be placed in a hotel with or without reasonable accommodation:
* Quickly clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting. Promptly and consistently reset all service ware.
* Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.

Essential Duties and Tasks:
• Monitor Park grounds and facilities to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper usage by visitors.
• Set up, tear down, and clean up after recreational programs, events, and facility rentals.
• Perform light maintenance duties such as trash collection, restroom cleaning, raking, and minor repairs.
• Greeting visitors, answer questions, provide directions, and enforce facility rules and policies.
• Assist in organizing and supervising youth and adult recreational programs, sports leagues, and special events.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and equipment usage as required.
• Report safety hazards, damage, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
• Operate light equipment or vehicles as needed.
• Provide support during emergencies and ensure first aid kits and emergency supplies are stocked.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental goals.
Qualifications and Experience: Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to perform light physical labor and work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions. Previous experience in recreation, parks, maintenance, or a customer service-related role is preferred. Candidates must be reliable, responsible, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. A valid driver's license is required. CPR/First Aid certification is a plus or a willingness to obtain certification upon hire.
Work Schedule & Conditions: Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Outdoor and indoor environments may be exposed to weather conditions, loud noises, and physical labor.

* Assist the Head Golf Professional and Assistant Golf Professionals on the daily management of golf operations
* Assist with golfer check-in and fee collection; control and manage play; reconciles daily tee sheets
* Assist in administering all point of sales application revisions and needs as it applies to green fee sales, merchandise sales, and member/guest billing.
* Promotes all club golf activities.
* Assist with maintaining a clean, orderly, and well-stocked golf shop.
* Assist with maintaining proper records and billing of storage and lockers for membership.
* Assist golf professionals during tournaments and weekly games.
