What You'll Do: Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity. Working environments and conditions may vary by location. Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns to Allied Universal management and/or client representatives. Monitor access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and maintain awareness of any suspicious persons or activities. Complete required documentation and incident reports accurately and promptly as directed by Allied Universal policies. Communicate professionally with employees, visitors, and contractors while maintaining a visible presence throughout the location. Minimum Requirements: A Transportation Security Administration issued Transportation Worker Identification Credential is required. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
