Essential Functions
β’ Develop a solid leadership team of instructional staff and other staff members to ensure

Campus President to manage matters of public relations concerns.

β’ Lead student retention activities that include, but not limited to contacting absent students,

Administration, accreditation, other regulatory agencies and company criteria, regulations
and policies.
β’ Lead Continuing Student Review process with a lead by example mentality.
β’ Participate as an integral part of the campus budget process, reviewing budget, authorizing
part-time and full-time faculty payroll, and managing faculty program within established
budget parameters.

β’ Contribute to the overall success of the College.
