Communications and Social Media Manager

Reports to: Director of Membership, Sales and Marketing
Responsible for developing and producing internal/external Club communications through newsletters, social media and campaigns while maintaining The Landings Club brand image.
Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Supports Club-wide departments with communication & marketing assistance through creation of collateral, digital messaging, email blasts, and Our Club magazine.
+ Researches and conducts interviews for all articles, press releases, and collateral copy.
+ Writes, copies, executes, edits and proofreads all Club communications for campaigns, promotions, press releases, social media and employee communications.
+ Communicates clearly and efficiently, receives information and feedback, and creates solutions and strategy based on observations and information received.
+ Works in coordination with the Creative Manager to ensure that all deadlines are met and all content is accurate and up-to-date.
+ Manages the Social Media, Communications and Our Club Daily News content calendars.
+ Maintains, designs, updates, and creates content for the Club's website, member portal and club app through the Northstar plat
+ Complies with departmental brand standards.
+ Directs and coordinates all press related activities for Clu
+ Develops and edits all press releases to local and national media markets.
+ Manages the clubs master login and password document
+ Collaborates with The Landings Association on communication to all residents.
+ Complies with departmental policies and procedures.
+ Works variety of shifts, as needed, to include nights, weekends and or holidays
+ Performs all other duties as assigned or requested of this manager.
