JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking a Forklift Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport, stack, load, and unload raw materials, finished products, and supplies within a manufacturing/finish facility, ensuring operational efficiency and safety.

Material Handling: Safely operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach trucks) to move, load, unload, and stack pallets and bulk items.

Inventory Management: Use of scanners and logbooks to track inventory, rotate materials and report discrepancies or damaged goods.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Visually inspect chemical processing prior to painting to identify failures and damage. If parts appear damaged or wrong, contact the quality department for clarification prior to proceeding.
• Ensure parts are clean from dirt or foreign material from the part to be painted, and clean them if necessary.
• Communicate racking position, set up, and layout to Paint Helpers.
• Select and mix paint to match Work Order requirements.

As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Paint Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will improve the efficiency of painters by ordering jobs in the most effective manner as well as by proper setup and preparation of aerospace parts and paperwork.

Perform set-up for painting; fill out and maintain paperwork; coordinate work flow with painters; and perform other paint shop responsibilities.
Count parts prior to processing; check for missed processes.
Utilize production work orders, documents, drawings, specifications, and written or oral instructions to perform tasks necessary to meet production requirements.
Detect and report defective equipment, materials, and faulty operations to supervisor.
Maintain written and Visual Manufacturing records.
Handle hazardous materials safely - add waste to containers, transfer waste to accumulation bins and label containers.

JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking a Youth Programs Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will implement, facilitate, and oversee onsite and offsite program activities for the Aerospace Internship Program (AIP) and DSHS DVR Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Work with School District Partners (SDP's) to recruit, screen, and qualify students for entry to Pre-Employment Transition Services.
* Conduct tours with SDP's, including administrators, educators, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
* Conduct student intakes, including outreach, recruitment, and administrative duties for the Pre-ETS program event/process.
* Support facilitation of manufacturing and administrative training activities for students participating in onsite Aerospace Internship Program (AIP) at Auburn facilities.
* Develop curriculum and lesson plans, and deliver training and classroom instruction to students.
* Work closely with Youth Programs counterparts at Auburn Plant 1 and Plant 2 facilities to maintain continuity in program service delivery. Spend time on the shop floor working with students and mentors.
* Communicate and present program information to Skills Inc. Leadership, Plant Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Mentors, Human Resources (HR), and Vocational Services as needed and required.
* Maintain student files, record and maintain weekly progress notes that meet individual education plans and vocational goals.
* Coach and support students and mentors to ensure a successful work experience.
* Assist supervisors and leads to accommodate students when needed.
* Serve in a liaison capacity between Skills Inc. and SDP's as outlined by the Program Manager and Director of Workforce Development.
* Manage outcome-based program evaluation metrics and data.
* Evaluate and report students' progress and performance to Program Manager.

JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will supervise and coordinate activities of production workers on the shop floor.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Identify, prioritize and pull materials identified from manufacturing work orders.
* Oversee set up or assist in setting up machinery to proper dimensions specified on manufacturing work orders.
* Support and lead internal/external audits to ensure and verify compliance to applicable requirements.
* Ensure finished material is delivered to other work areas.
* Prioritize, coordinate and assign work flow for manufacturing area of supervision.
* Ensure work orders are properly interpreted and aligned with specifications such as; materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, and dimensions/tolerances.
* Ensure measuring equipment is effectively utilized such as; calipers, micrometers, height gage, and other measuring equipment needed to complete work.
* Understand prescribed procedures to inspect part(s) and product(s) produced to assure compliance to specifications to eliminate defects, scrap, rework, etc.
* Ensure part(s) meet all Customer Quality requirements.
* Identify and correct root causes for quality problems.
* Create instructions for new work coming to the area when necessary. Must be able to effectively describe to manufacturing engineers the instructions to perform task for the master planning. Retain records and pictorials of incoming work for future needs and training.
* Oversee and ensure implementation of 5S program in the area to improve work flow and maintain safety of workers in the area.
* Develop constructive and cooperative working relationships with others and maintain them over time.
* Assure equipment in work area is kept in a clean and orderly condition and maintained on a daily basis.
* Detect and report defective equipment, materials and/or faulty operations to plant manager.
* Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency and safety.
* Coordinate with Human Resources Generalist to address issues pertaining to employee performance, grievances and misconduct.

As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Penetrant Trainee to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare and process aerospace and commercial parts and materials using the water wash method of fluorescent dye penetrant.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Mask (as necessary) and pre-clean parts for processing using solvents and aluminum soak cleaners.
* Process parts through a water wash penetrant system according to written procedures.
* Conduct daily calibration tests according to written procedures.
* Occasionally package parts for return to customer.
* Process paperwork associated with Penetrant (work orders).
* Handles hazardous materials safely - add waste to containers, transfer waste to accumulation bins and label containers.

JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced part-time Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will drive light delivery truck (under 26,000 GVW) for pick-up and delivery of aircraft parts and other related materials.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Verify load against shipping papers.
• Drive truck to outside customer locations and deliver/pick up customer orders and supplies.
• Inspect truck equipment and vital fluids daily keeping all filled to manufacturer's recommendations and fill out daily and weekly preventative maintenance logs.
• Maintain telephone or radio contact with supervisor to receive delivery instructions.
• Load and unload trucks in a manner so as to ensure all parts and supplies are protected against damage.

JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide leadership and technical support in the planning of numerical control programs to control contour path machining of metal parts using automatic machine tools.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Communicate to other work area supervisors and leads job status as necessary.
Conduct quality system and process training.
Coordinate with Human Resources representative and the Plant Manager to address issues pertaining to employee misconduct.
Analyze drawings, sketches, and design data of parts to determine dimension and configuration of cuts, selection of cutting tools, and machine speeds and feed rates.
Determine reference points and direction of machine cutting paths.
Compute angular and linear dimensions, radii, and curvatures, and outlines sequence of operations required to machine parts.
Write instruction sheets and cutter lists to guide setup and operation of machine.
Write program of machine instructions in symbolic language to encode numerical control tape or direct numerical control database to regulate movement of machine along cutting path.
Revise program to eliminate instruction errors or omissions.
Observe operation of machine on trial run to prove programmed instructions.
Follow all safety guidelines established by the company, including proper use of safety equipment and relevant safety procedures.
Collaborate with external and internal customers, including Manufacturing and Quality Assurance staff, to resolve issues and meet customer specifications.

As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Anodizer to join our team. The ideal candidate will control anodizing equipment to provide corrosion resistant surface to aluminum objects.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
* Selects holding racks according to size, shape, and number of objects to be anodized.
* Wires or clips objects to anodizing racks and immerses rack in series of cleaning, etching, and rinsing baths.
* Positions objects in anodizing tank by suspending them from anode.
* Estimates amount of electric current and time required to anodize material.
* Turns rheostat to regulate flow of current.
* Removes objects from tank after specified time, rinses objects, and immerses them in bath of hot water or dichromate solution to seal oxide coating.
* Hangs objects on racks to air dry.
* Immerses objects in dye bath to color them for decorative or identification purposes.
* Anodizes work pieces with corrosion resistant material.
* Coaches and mentors Finish Helpers in the Anodize Department.

As part of our recent growth, we are seeking a Manufacturing Helper to join our team. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Visually inspect chemical processing prior to painting to identify failures and damage. If parts appear damaged or wrong, contact the quality department for clarification prior to proceeding.
* Ensure parts are clean from dirt or foreign material from the part to be painted, and clean them if necessary.
* Communicate racking position, set up, and layout to Paint Helpers.
* Select and mix paint to match Work Order requirements.
* Apply paint to surface of the part using spray gun or pour paint into tubes according to call out.
* Maintain knowledge of current specifications and call-outs.
* Clean and maintain spraying equipment with solvents and other materials.
* Follow hazardous chemical and waste handling procedures.

JOB SUMMARY

JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking an experienced Paint Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will improve the efficiency of painters by ordering jobs in the most effective manner as well as by proper setup and preparation of aerospace parts and paperwork.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Perform set-up for painting; fill out and maintain paperwork; coordinate work flow with painters; and perform other paint shop responsibilities.
* Count parts prior to processing; check for missed processes.
* Utilize production work orders, documents, drawings, specifications, and written or oral instructions to perform tasks necessary to meet production requirements.
* Detect and report defective equipment, materials, and faulty operations to supervisor.
* Maintain written and Visual Manufacturing records.
* Handle hazardous materials safely - add waste to containers, transfer waste to accumulation bins and label containers.
* Mixing paint, managing the mixing room.
* Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) effectively. This includes maintaining the area of the face where the respirator seals as clean and hair free.
* Filling out appropriate paperwork for paint work orders.
* Managing paint shop supplies.
* Prepare primer for topcoat by sanding.

JOB SUMMARY
As part of our recent growth, we are seeking a Youth Programs Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will implement, facilitate, and oversee onsite and offsite program activities for the Aerospace Internship Program (AIP) and DSHS DVR Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work with School District Partners (SDP's) to recruit, screen, and qualify students for entry to Pre-Employment Transition Services.
• Conduct tours with SDP's, including administrators, educators, students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct student intakes, including outreach, recruitment, and administrative duties for the Pre-ETS program event/process.
• Support facilitation of manufacturing and administrative training activities for students participating in onsite Aerospace Internship Program (AIP) at Auburn facilities.
• Develop curriculum and lesson plans, and deliver training and classroom instruction to students.
• Work closely with Youth Programs counterparts at Auburn Plant 1 and Plant 2 facilities to maintain continuity in program service delivery. Spend time on the shop floor working with students and mentors.
• Communicate and present program information to Skills Inc. Leadership, Plant Managers, Supervisors, Leads, Mentors, Human Resources (HR), and Vocational Services as needed and required.
• Maintain student files, record and maintain weekly progress notes that meet individual education plans and vocational goals.
• Coach and support students and mentors to ensure a successful work experience.

• Serve in a liaison capacity between Skills Inc. and SDP's as outlined by the Program Manager and Director of Workforce Development.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Operates Shot Peen machinery such as Automated Multi Nozzle Pass Thru Machines, Automated Wheel Style Table, Manual Peen Cabinet, (Almen Gauge), Sieve Shaker.
* Set up Part Verification Tool, verifying intensities against Technique Sheets and existing Saturation Curves ensuring requirements are being met.
* Create Technique Sheets on all new part numbers and update existing ones.
* Create Saturation Curves.
* Mask parts according to specifications and drawings.
* Reads job requirements to determine machine adjustments and proper positioning of parts.
* Observes machine operation to detect any malfunction.
* Checks parts for burrs, sharp edges, or any inconsistency in the machining operations that will affect the quality, or integrity of the parts.
* Inspect parts after peening for complete coverage, rollover and bulging.
* Participate in internal audits as well as NADCAP audits.
* Requires initial certification and annual recertification.
* Maintain inspection stamp and responsibilities involved.
