I like the people I support and helping them, but skills as an organization needs a lot of improvement, and would do better taking care of staff

Management support and workplace culture-often hear disparaging language used about clients behind their backs, lack of work/life balance, and pay does not allow for a decent standard of living, often needing to work a second job to pay bills
