Service will be provided from a strengths-based lens, leaning into Trauma Informed Care and evidence-based treatment modalities. The Administrator will ensure the provision of high-quality services that are delivered in a fiscally responsible manner in accordance with company mission, vision and values. Working with individuals, clinical staff, parents/guardians, and community-based stakeholders, the Administrator facilitates access to care and addresses barriers. Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree in a human services field (e.g., social work, counseling, health care, social services, education, psychology, behavior analysis) Applicants must be a licensed clinician (LISW, LPCC, psychologist) OR certified as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) coupled with Certified Ohio Behavior Analyst (COBA) endorsement Five or more years of experience in the provision of clinical services to individuals with behavioral health issues; preferably experience with co-occurring diagnoses of intellectual/developmental disabilities and/or autism spectrum disorder. Minimum of two years of supervisory and management experience in the human service or health care industry which includes responsibility for the following functions: performance management, supervision of employees, program services, and financial management. Working knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations for services for behavioral health, behavioral analysis, development disability, and autism. At least two years of experience billing services under Medicaid/Medicaid Managed Care and/or OhioRISE. Ability to obtain and maintain certifications in and perform physical crisis management intervention as needed. Ability to obtain and maintain Certifications in First Aid and CPR - adult, child and infant; delegated nursing. Valid driver's license and insurable driving record, if applicable Preferred Qualifications: Preference given to professionals with relevant supervisory designations (e.g. LISW-S, LPCC-S) One year of experience with compliance and quality initiatives preferred.     The Instructor-in-Training position is focused on preparing for instruction and supporting students' success in ABA Online courses, including the certificate and master's programs as a new instructor or an existing instructor cross-training in another ABA Online course. The Instructor-in-Training will complete a training that involves participation as a student in our online courses (see course syllabus for student-related responsibilities). During the orientation and training period, new instructors-in-training must attend at least one online meeting for each course unit across at least five different instructors. Creating course materials (e.g., PowerPoint slides) and presentations must be prepared for a mock meeting/lecture before receiving an assigned course to teach. The Lead Instructional Manager of the assigned course will review presentations. The orientation/training period is a prerequisite for teaching any new course. Instructors-in-training may not work more than 10 hours per week unless approved by the Program Chair. Responsibilities Include: Watch weekly lecture videos and complete interspersed activities and active student responding exercises. Complete at least one form of each unit's weekly tests. Attend at least one 1-hour online meeting of your choosing per week (new instructors-in-training only). Create teaching materials for each unit using resources provided by the Curriculum and Instruction Team. (Note: these materials do not have to be the final version you will use during instruction.) To provide consultative support on behalf of an individual with an Intellectual Disability and/or Developmental Disability. Support may include, but is not limited to, behavioral assessment, identification of appropriate interventions and staff / caregiver training. ECF CHOICES Program offers person-centered care planning, care coordination, and support services for individuals receiving Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS). The Clinical Services Behavior Analyst will provide support to individuals with complex, challenging behaviors. The support provided includes consultation, assessment, intervention, and education/training. If you are located in or near Chattanooga, Tennessee, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges. Primary Responsibilities: * Provide support and consultation to ECF CHOICES Support Coordinators in administering behavior assessment and/or interpreting the results of behavior assessment. Assist Support Coordinators to integrate behavior goals and strategies into the Person-Centered Support Plan * Assist Support Coordinators in compiling information and creating Comprehensive Needs Assessments * Collaborate with Support Coordinators on an ongoing basis to remain updated on individuals with behavior challenges * Collaborate and assist when an individual is in crisis by engaging in Enhanced Discharge Planning responsibilities for safe discharge back to the community * Meet regularly with Director of Behavior Supports to discuss and review updates on individuals within your designated region * Complete additional behavioral assessment, as needed * Attempt to locate Behavior Analysts for qualifying individuals within the ECF CHOICES program * Provide interim behavior support, including positive behavior interventions, as needed while waiting for a permanent provider to begin services with the individual * Maintain communication and coordinate with any other entities providing behavioral health or behavior supports (therapists, behavior analysts, etc.) who are currently working with the individual * Work with caregivers and staff to implement positive behavior interventions. Provide behavior protocols / strategies to caregivers / staff. Model strategies, coach caregivers and staff and provide feedback * Utilize clinical expertise to support utilization management of specialized IDD levels of care You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in. Required Qualifications: * Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), or comparable education and experience with certification that allows independent practice in ABA * 5+ years of experience providing behavior analysis services in home and community-based settings * Proven ability to build collaborative relationships, work with colleagues and external audiences and partner in areas of system change, housing development/operations and/or the delivery of supportive services * Intermediate level of proficiency with PC based software programs and automated database management systems required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience and knowledge with Medicaid * Experience and knowledge with Long-Term Services and Supports providers * Solid analytical skills * Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills * Ability to balance multiple high priority projects and meet quick deadlines * All employees working remotely will be required to adhere to UnitedHealth Group's Telecommuter Policy Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
