Candidate Requirements: Ideal candidates will have proven experience managing multiple collision repair body shop locations, with a strong track record of operational leadership and team development across sites. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide direct leadership and day-to-day oversight to General Managers and shop leadership within the assigned area. Set clear expectations and hold GMs accountable for achieving KPI targets, maintaining compliance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, provide coaching, and reinforce operational consistency across all locations. Lead performance management efforts, including coaching, performance improvement plans, and recognition of high performers. Own talent development and succession planning within the area by mentoring GMs, identifying future leaders, and supporting career growth. Ensure timely and effective onboarding and training for new managers and team members. Collaborate with Regional Manager on broader strategic initiatives while maintaining autonomy and responsibility for the area s success. Identify systemic and shop-specific operational challenges and develop action plans for resolution. Support integration of newly acquired centers and ensure they align with company standards and culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with local clients, dealerships, and key market partners. Promote and enforce safety practices and regulatory compliance across all locations. Participate in budget planning, forecasting, and cost management at the shop level in partnership with the Regional Manager. QUALIFICATIONS: High school diploma or a bachelor s degree is preferred. 3 years of proven experience in multi-unit operations or field leadership within the collision repair, automotive, or related service industry. Strong leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Excellent understanding of KPIs, operational processes, and customer satisfaction drivers. Ability to travel regularly within the assigned area (75%+). Clear communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Comfortable managing both strategic planning and hands-on operational support.

We offer: Competitive hourly rate based on experience, certifications, and skill level Flat Rate is also available Performance bonuses Sign-on Bonus/Relocation Assistance for the right candidate Ongoing training and career development Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance 401(k) planswith company contribution Paid time off Employee and family discounts Closed on weekends A family-friendly, well-run shop where your skills are respected and your time isnt wasted Long-term stability in a shop with low turnover and supportive leadership Responsibilities Body Shop Technician: Perform structural and non-structural repairs on a variety of makes and models, including luxury and EV brands Complete frame pulls, panel replacements, welding, body alignments, and dent repairs to OEM specifications Disassemble and reassemble vehicles efficiently and accurately for repair and insurance documentation Conduct aluminum and composite body repairs using manufacturer-approved procedures Assist in pre- and post-repair scanning, ADAS calibration, and other diagnostic services as needed Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow all safety protocols Work closely with estimators, painters, and production staff to ensure quality and timely delivery Help train/support junior techs; lead by example Requirements Body Shop Technician: 2+ years of Body Shop/Collision Repair Tech experience required A or B-level Technician with solid collision repair experience preferred OEM and/or I-CAR certifications preferred (Tesla, Rivian, Ford, Jaguar/Land Rover a big plus) Experience with aluminum repairs, EVs, or ADAS systems is a huge advantage Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a show up, do it right, go home proud mentality Please upload your resume.
