Hogan Transportation is a 100 year old full service multi faceted transportation company operating throughout North America with a tradition of unparalleled personalized service to clients utilizing first class equipment and advanced technology Job Provides required Body Shop repairs along with fundamental fleet maintenance repair of Hogan tractor and truck equipment including the removal replacement and repair of any and all components of the tractor or truck Essential Duties and Responsibilities Diagnoses and repairs for all damaged equipment along with fundamental maintenance repairs to tractors and trucks using well established policies and procedures to restore equipment back to original state Paints vehicles to company standards Able to perform safe and meaningful welding practices to include aluminum Installs and removes decals as necessary Identifies parts andor systems for repair; repairs or replaces as appropriate such as radiator replacements CAC and Condenser replacements as needed Removes broken parts and replaces with new or reconditioned parts Road tests vehicles to diagnose issues and ensure a safe operating vehicle Raises equipment using hydraulic jacks Inspects repairs and maintains general trailer structural and suspension systems Maintains accurate updated maintenance records Other duties as required Requirements 4 years of apprenticeship Journeyman or 4 years of experience in TruckTrailer Body shop repair CDL License Class A or B or obtain within a specified timeframe after employment Experience in Fiberglass repair to repair vehicles to company standards to include panel repairs straightening and filling when required EPA License as appropriate High school education or GEDIn depth knowledge of all hand air and power tools required for this industry Basic understanding and knowledge of welding and OxyAcetylene cutting procedures Clean MVREffective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work well in a team environment

We are a leading Commercial TPA providing performance-based damage appraisal solutions dedicated to partnering with our customers to increase the efficiency of the overall claim process. As an Auto Damage Field Appraiser under moderate supervision, this remote position will appraise the value and cost of damage to autos, trucks, and heavy equipment. The position will manage appraisals to completion and provide quality customer service throughout the appraisal process while maintaining compliance with internal and external quality standards and state-specific regulations. Inspect, photograph, and appraise damage to autos, trucks, and equipment that have been damaged in an accident or weather-related loss. Provide quality customer service and ensure appraisal quality, timely inspections, and communication with claims adjusters and insureds. Complete auto repair facility and independent re-inspections, supplements as warranted to verify damage and confirm repairs are completed. Provide technical advice on vehicle repair, parts costs, and garage or body shop expertise. Apply established appraisal protocols and metrics to all estimates, document the rationale for any departure from applicable protocols and metrics, with or without assistance. Evaluate all claims for subrogation and salvage recovery potential. Document and communicate the potential to the assigned claim adjuster. Approximately 25% travel, which may require some overnight stays. Auto Physical Damage Appraisal experience. Must have body shop experience and/or be familiar with the field appraiser/insurance industries. On-site Catastrophe appraisal experience preferred.

Participates in all required safety meetings. Files, grinds, and sands repaired surfaces, using air tools and hand tools. Directs the work of an apprentice in the performance of tasks when needed, i.e., unusual problems or questions and explains procedures to assistant. Qualifications Technician Qualifications: Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service. Working knowledge of shop equipment. Basic Heavy and Medium Duty Truck knowledge. Maintains sufficient personally owned tools. Ability to work independently. Detail oriented and quality driven. Must be able to pass a criminal background check, physical exam, and drug screen.
