Maintain consistent production flow by properly managing material levels and plant feed. Monitor material quality and report any issues that impact production or specification. Communicate effectively with plant operators and supervisors to coordinate production needs. Equipment Care & Inspections Perform routine pre-shift and post-shift equipment inspections. Monitor equipment performance during operation and report abnormal conditions immediately. Keep equipment clean and properly staged for the next shift. Identify wear, damage, or safety concerns and ensure they are documented and addressed. Safety & Site Awareness Follow all company safety policies, MSHA guidelines, and environmental regulations. Maintain constant awareness of surroundings, traffic patterns, and plant activity. Participate in safety meetings, training, and job hazard assessments. Actively promote a safe and responsible work environment for yourself and others. General Site Responsibilities Assist with cleanup and housekeeping of working areas as needed. Support plant operations during startups, shutdowns, and shift changeovers. Perform additional production-related duties as assigned. Key Skills & Qualifications Heavy Equipment Operation: Experience operating front-end loaders, haul trucks, or similar equipment preferred. Safety Focused: Strong commitment to working safely and following procedures at all times. Situational Awareness: Ability to recognize hazards and make sound decisions in a dynamic environment.
