Develop strategies and recommendations for GIS optimization and adoption, including integrations with other operational systems. Develop and document operational procedures, best practices, and standard operating processes. Assist with preparing training materials and delivering hands-on training. Support proposal writing, RFP responses, and client presentations. Identify opportunities for additional consulting services within existing accounts. Utilize Agile and Scrum methodologies to self-organize, track progress, and update status of projects. Qualifications: The successful candidate will have expertise in Utility Network implementations and understand the needed configurations and/or customizations of the system to meet a customer's business requirements. Hands-on technical experience is preferred.
