Facility overview: 900k sq ft Tuesday-Friday [2 shifts] / Saturday-Monday [1 shift] 225 employees (including 3PL employees) Responsibilities: Onsite responsible for the oversight of 3PL Partner: Provide leadership and direction to the 3PL provider, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, performance metrics, and company standards and policies. Build and maintain a strong collaborative relationship with 3PL management. Performance Management: Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) such as, but not limited to, inventory accuracy, on-time receiving, on-time shipping, loss/damage, cost per unit, and overall DC cost as a % of sales. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions through both 3PL and internal teams. Customer Satisfaction: Coordinate the activities within the DC to meet customer requirements and specifications. Ensure that customer orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.
