Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Mission Viejo, CA Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $55/hr guaranteed rate | $28/hr base rate + tips and commission Schedule/Availability: 4/10's scheduled during clinic operating hours (as posted on website *subject to change) including mall/holiday extended hours. Reports To: Clinic Manager Qualifications Required education: Associate Preferred experience: Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year Required license or certification: Registered Nurse (RN) Current State Nursing License BLS 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred. Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through an accredited association. Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services. Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication skills and be capable of problem-solving. Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable. Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met. Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented. Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance. Responsibilities Include: Creating Curated Client Experiences -Present & promote customized no-downtime laser facials best suited for current and perspective clients' personal skincare needs and are safe and effective for all skin types. -Discuss the importance of the skin care protocols created by the medical team. -Celebrate the success of the results our clients seeing. Assist Residents in IL and AL when needed. Required Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities: Must hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) License, and ideally have at least one year of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing care facility, or similar medical setting. Proficiency in using E-Mars and E-Time for documentation is required. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully and work harmoniously with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel and the public.
