Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Mission Viejo, CA Job Type: Full-time Compensation: $55/hr guaranteed rate | $28/hr base rate + tips and commission Schedule/Availability: 4/10's scheduled during clinic operating hours (as posted on website *subject to change) including mall/holiday extended hours. Reports To: Clinic Manager Qualifications Required education: Associate Preferred experience: Registered Nurse (RN): 1 year Required license or certification: Registered Nurse (RN) Current State Nursing License BLS 2 years of experience in Skin Care/Aesthetics or customer service preferred. Current RN State License. Basic Life Support Certification is required through an accredited association. Clinically competent, professional, compassionate, functions well with the team, and able to provide safe and therapeutic services. Customer service is our #1 priority, must have exceptional communication skills and be capable of problem-solving. Must have an outgoing personality yet calming presence, making clients comfortable. Attentive, able to listen and read customers to ensure high Skin Laundry standards are always met. Attention to detail in following company protocol and goal oriented. Must prioritize client safety and customer service and be able to make clinical decisions, knowing when to ask for assistance.
