Tessera is seeking a professional and customer-focused IT and Maximo Support Specialist to provide day-to-day technical support to site users across IT hardware, networking, and core business systems, including Maximo, EZMAX, and Workday. A significant focus of this role involves supporting Field Technicians by ensuring high availability and optimal performance of EZMAX on iPad devices-helping keep field operations efficient, connected, and productive.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Works with central IT team to ensure site network, applications, and devices are available, reliable, and secure for all site users - enabling high productivity. IT Devices include but not limited to computers, iPADs, iPhones, printers, scanners.
Works closely with the Tessera IT team to assist with property accountability of issued and deployed IT assets.
Supports IBM Maximo mobility (EZMaxMobile) for all users including device support and configuration, training, and ownership of reported issues. Responsible for resolving issues directly, or through coordination with the Maximo Programmer/Analyst team.
Understands core IBM Maximo applications and can provide support to mobile and desktop users. Identifies Tier 2 issues and opportunities and escalates to the Maximo Programmer/Analyst team. Owns status of reported issues until resolved.
Understands IBM Maximo based reports and MS Power BI development. Works with CFT RVP and functional leaders to identify required changes. Can build and maintain basic MS Power BI reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities include development and presentation of training curriculum tailored to specific software modules, product functions and user needs.
Leverage innovation, data management and a comprehensive understanding of the Tessera Business Systems software package to obtain maximum value, produce business processes that drive growth and operational efficiencies, and improve and enhance the user experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar filed required;
Three years of increasingly responsible experience with the use and development of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Software
Minimum 3 years' experience in Informational Technology.
CompTIA A+ Certification required.
IT/Network Cerifcation preferred.
An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered.
Working knowledge of desktop and laptop computers, mobile devices, operating systems, software and applications, email, phone and security systems, printing and network connectivity in a Microsoft Windows environment.

Tessera is seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to support operations for WSBOSC. This role is responsible for safely operating a wide variety of heavy machinery-including cranes, bulldozers, loaders, graders, scrapers, sweepers, and industrial tractors-to excavate, move, and load materials. Environmental Technician

HMG is seeking a reliable and experienced Enviromental Technician. The Environmental Technician will primarily handle hazardous waste pickups, processing of hazardous waste, shipment of wastes, spill responses and pump truck operations for wastes or septic. Additional duties include performing inspections and documenting results according to Navy requirements. This position has a high degree of compliance requirements according WA State Dangerous Waste, EPA Federal rules, and Navy requirements.
Typical duties include but are not limited to:
Perform environmental sampling, field testing, and documentation for wastewater, stormwater, hazardous materials, and regulated waste programs.
Manage hazardous waste collection, packaging, labeling, and shipment per Navy, Federal, State, and DOT regulations.
Conduct hazardous waste pickups, bulking, consolidation, and transportation to accumulation sites.
Maintain logs, operating records, and inspection reports to ensure compliance with applicable environmental laws and Navy standards.
Inspect and maintain tools, trucks, and equipment used in waste handling operations.
Perform industrial and environmental services including tank cleaning, pressure washing, hazmat cleanup, and pump truck operations.
Conduct facility inspections for hazardous waste storage, stormwater monitoring, and spill prevention compliance.
Participate in spill response, cleanup, and Facility Response Team (FRT) activities; maintain HAZWOPER and FRT credentials.
Determine and wear appropriate PPE for hazardous waste and spill response tasks, including respirators and protective suits.
Assist customers in setting up compliant waste storage areas and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
Record and close out work orders in Maximo with accurate and detailed entries.
Identify trends or issues in environmental documentation and recommend corrective actions.
Participate in required safety and environmental compliance training.
Qualifications:
Highschool Diploma/GED is required.
0- 3 years' experience in Environmental Field
First Aid/CPR Certification.
OSHA series training. S
Strong maintenance background preferred.
Familiarity with military equipment and facilities.

Ability to run 2 machines and deburr parts while machine is running when time allows.
Ability to run machines and troubleshoot issues on complex hard and exotic metal parts.

Qualifications:
