Strong most recently served as President, Consumer Services for Comcast Cable, the largest broadband and TV provider in the US with nearly 33 million customer relationships. In this role, she was responsible for Comcast’s residential business and has led innovative new product and market launches in broadband, video, home security, and mobile. During her tenure, the company achieved record subscriber and broadband growth and the company’s highest levels of customer satisfaction.

With more than 25 years of international experience in global telecommunications and media in the UK and European markets, Strong was previously President and COO of Virgin Media in the UK, Chief Transformation Officer of Liberty Global as well as Chief Executive Officer of UPC Ireland and Chief Operating Officer of AUSTAR in Australia.

Stephen was appointed Chief Executive, UK and Ireland in March 2016. Prior to this he was Chief Marketing, Sales and Digital officer for two years, following three years as Managing Director, Sales and Marketing. Stephen is responsible for Sky’s UK and ROI consumer and business divisions, including all brand, marketing, customer acquisition and retention as well as all Sky’s products across TV, entertainment and communications

Andrew Griffith (born 23 February 1971) is a British Conservative Party politician and former senior media executive who has been the Member of Parliament (MP) for Arundel and South Downs since 2019 and Director of the Number 10 Policy Unit since 2022.

Chris Stylianou was appointed Chief Operating Officer, UK and Ireland, in March 2016, expanding his previous role - Managing Director of Sky’s Customer Service Group - which he has held since August 2011. He is responsible for Sky’s sales and service operations (including our contact centres, digital capability, in-home service and retail division), as well as our property and data departments, Sky Business and OTT services in Europe. Chris was previously joint Deputy Managing Director, Customer Group, and before that Deputy CFO. He joined Sky in January 1996 from KPMG where he was a senior manager in the Media practice.

Devesh Raj has been CEO of Sky Deutschland since 1 January 2020. Prior to this, Raj held the positions of Sky COO, Continental Europe and, on an interim basis, Chief Commercial Officer at Sky Deutschland.

Before joining Sky, Raj spent five years as Senior Vice President Strategic and Financial Planning at Comcast NBCUniversal in the United States. Previously, he spent 14 years with the Boston Consulting Group in New York as Senior Partner and Managing Director, where he led the telecommunications, media and technology unit in North America. In this role, Raj’s focus was on strategy and analysis of leading companies and emerging businesses in technology, media, software development and customer service. Devesh Raj holds a PhD in Physics from Yale University.

Fraser joined Sky as Group Chief Product Officer in June 2019 from Comcast. He joined Comcast in 2014, rising to Senior Vice President of Digital Home, Devices and AI overseeing product developments including the company-wide effort to become all IP and the launch of the first voice-controlled remote control. Prior to his time at Comcast, Fraser held roles at Verizon, Intel Media and Sky.

Gabriella Vacca is Chief Technology Officer of Sky Italia. With a degree in computer engineering from the University of Turin and an MBA from the Golden Gate University of San Francisco, Gabriella Vacca joins Sky after ten years at Comcast, where she holds the role of Vice President of Enterprise Technology Solutions. Before joining Comcast, Gabriella Vacca gained extensive work experience in various industries and companies, including international start-ups and companies such as ESPN Mobile, Disney and AT&T. Attention to people and the definition of technological convergence strategies are critical elements in the evolution of the company and of customer services.
