What do you like best about Skydance's CEO and the leadership team?

Not a great executive team, they hire their friends and not people who are qualified. What do you expect from a company built from a tech billionaire but run by his son? It seems like a qualification is being unethical and almost criminal. As I said, the head of HR got fired from her last company for stealing money. The head of animation is a known predator from Disney.

How does your compensation at Skydance compare to the industry average?

Very low, they can't even compete with bigger and better companies.

What's the diversity at Skydance like?

Not diverse at all. There was only two people of color I saw while working there.

What brings you the most joy at Skydance?

Leaving brought me the most joy
