Key Responsibilities • Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned associations, individuals and partners. Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders. Ensure member satisfaction through timely, solution-oriented communication. • Business Development: Identify and pursue opportunities to grow HeC Association Partners. Building and maintaining a robust business development pipeline, hosting business development meetings both remotely and in person. Conduct outreach to potential Association Parteners through strong written and oral communication across all available media and communication avenues Support sales and promotional efforts through travel, industry events and industry referrals. • Collaboration & Strategy: Work cross-functionally with marketing, events, and sales to align business objectives and strategies. Assist in developing tailored value propositions for various specialties and Association types. Contribute to the creation and execution of strategic plans for revenue growth. • Event & Program Support: Participate in association events, conferences, webinars, and member meetings. Help coordinate and manage annual summit and strategic meetings across Associations. Represent the association professionally at industry events and meetings. • Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales, and renewals in CRM systems. Generate regular reports on account status, growth metrics, and Association engagement. Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings and member experience. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree. Preferably in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development (preferably in a healthcare or association setting). Proven ability to meet or exceed revenue and engagement goals. Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Experience with CRM systems and data reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce, Copper). Experience in selling to healthcare Association's and understanding of healthcare industry trends and challenges is a plus. Ability to travel for events and meetings, at times on short notice.
