**TEAM UP WITH US!** The Engine Field Service Trainee is responsible for assisting the Senior Field Service Technician for performing certain repairs and maintenance. **DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?** **WHAT YOU'LL DO:** + Assist a Senior Field Technician in completing assigned jobs and task to meet flat rate times and re-do metric.
+ Assist a Senior Field Technician in completing related paperwork and access databases required to complete job (work order, parts orders, JSA, DBS, SIMS, SIS web, STW) accurately and timely.
+ Follow contamination control and HAZMAT rules and regulations
+ Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, and test and adjust assemblies with supervision from a Senior Field Technician
+ Assist a Senior Field Technician in providing accurate quotes and pricing estimates to the customer.
+ With guidance from a Senior Field Service Technician the trainee will be required and expected to familiarize him or herself with the following: Correct service report writing, DOT reports, and time entry and expense charges.
+ Trainee will be required to ride along and assist a Senior Field Service Technician with all aspects of the task at hand daily.
+ Trainee will be under direct mentorship of a Senior Field Service Technician that he or she is assigned to.
**WHAT YOU'LL NEED:**
+ High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or - 1+ years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Associate's degree/certificate in diesel technology, or similar mechanical discipline, preferred.
+ Clean driving record and CDL for field assignment, must be at least 21 at time of applying in order to be assigned and operate field vehicle.
+ General knowledge of diesel or gas engines, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic systems and components.
+ General knowledge of basic hand tools, air tools, precision measuring tools and instruments, lap tops, diagnostic software and cranes and rigging equipment.
+ May require MSHA certification Education and/or Experience.
+ Successfully complete Work Steps assessment.
+ Flexibility to work various schedules including shift work - Be expected to work same schedule or shift as Senior Field Service Technician assigned to - Will be required at times to work away from home and stay out of town overnight. - At times overtime may be required to meet work and deadline requirements.

**IMPORTANT INFORMATION:**
Applicant must pass administered Can Test and Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test Prior to acceptance for this position. Once applicant is accepted for this position the following will be required monthly. A monthly written evaluation will be administered by the Engine Field Service Supervisor or Field Service Dispatcher on the Trainees performance that month. Once the written evaluation is complete the Trainee and Field Service Supervisor will sit down and go over that month's evaluation. Once this phase is complete a determination will be made by the Supervisor based on evaluation results to continue the program or place the trainee on a 30-day probation period. In the advent at the end of the 30-day probation period there is no improvement the trainee can be terminated or reassigned at the discretion of the Engine Field Service Supervisor and Regional Manager.

Position Objective
Intern position responsible for assisting Wagner's Industrial Solutions Engineered Systems (ENSY) Operations Team with Mechanical and Electrical Engineering support. Activities will involve design and assessment, project management, manufacturing and quality engineering, supplier interaction and support of the Innovation Center Powder Test Lab and Service/Installation team. The candidate will help the ENSY team evaluate designs and processes to improve overall system efficiency, performance, and competitiveness. Test lab support will involve assisting in customer lab trial set-up, working with the application lab technician and innovation center manager during trials, documentation of trials and other reports as needed to support the service and installation team.
Responsibilities
Evaluate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment designs and engineering processes to improve overall efficiency, performance, and competitiveness of Wagner's Industrial Finishing System solutions. Interact with Wagner European team and other Wagner entities as needed to validate designs for use in North American market. Utilize CAD, SAP, SharePoint and MS Office Suite for collecting and analyzing designs and product data.
Review and refine assembly procedures and work instructions for existing products that support engineered systems, after sale products, and standard product designs. This includes designing, fabricating, qualifying assembly and test equipment, fixtures, and tools as needed.
Review and refine standard operating procedures for engineered system installations together with Service Team including responsibilities by function (i.e., mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic assembly; site supervisor/project management; commissioning, start-up, and training).
Work with project management to analyze all project execution processes and look for continuous improvement opportunities. Support creation of new documents as needed to support all parts of the process from pre-sale (proposal process) through customer acceptance of newly installed powder coating systems.
Support Innovation Center staff and manager with lab trials including creation of formal lab trial reports; creation of service report templates and other tasks as needed.
Participates in cross-functional intern program with weely intern meetings and events.

The candidate will help the ENSY team evaluate designs and processes to improve overall system efficiency, performance, and competitiveness. Test lab support will involve assisting in customer lab trial set-up, working with the application lab technician and innovation center manager during trials, documentation of trials and other reports as needed to support the service and installation team.
Responsibilities
Evaluate mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment designs and engineering processes to improve overall efficiency, performance, and competitiveness of Wagner's Industrial Finishing System solutions. Interact with Wagner European team and other Wagner entities as needed to validate designs for use in North American market. Utilize CAD, SAP, SharePoint and MS Office Suite for collecting and analyzing designs and product data.
Review and refine assembly procedures and work instructions for existing products that support engineered systems, after sale products, and standard product designs. This includes designing, fabricating, qualifying assembly and test equipment, fixtures, and tools as needed.
Review and refine standard operating procedures for engineered system installations together with Service Team including responsibilities by function (i.e., mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic assembly; site supervisor/project management; commissioning, start-up, and training).
Work with project management to analyze all project execution processes and look for continuous improvement opportunities. Support creation of new documents as needed to support all parts of the process from pre-sale (proposal process) through customer acceptance of newly installed powder coating systems.
Support Innovation Center staff and manager with lab trials including creation of formal lab trial reports; creation of service report templates and other tasks as needed.
Participates in cross-functional intern program with weely intern meetings and events.

• Monitor process conditions for opportunities to improve safety, productivity, quality, and cost. • Develop a functional knowledge of the process by reviewing Training Manuals, SOP's, P&ID's, and other PSI information. • Interface with production supervision, technical personnel, maintenance, and operators to leverage operations and process knowledge.
• Use Pi or Statistical Process Control (SPC) tools to assist in process problem solving.
• Seek out innovative solutions to existing process problems.
• Evaluate proposed modifications to existing process equipment and execute the Management of Change (MOC) process where applicable.
• Read the daily shift reports and keep a radio tuned to the control room to look for opportunities to help the production team troubleshoot and resolve process problems.
• Update process safety information (PSI) records such as P&IDs, equipment information, safety systems, etc.
• Lead and/or participate on problem solving, What-If analysis, HAZOP and PSSR teams. Engineer solutions to action items from these studies. Design new vessels, equipment, piping and instrumentation or evaluate existing installations.
• Request quotes from vendors for new or replacement vessels, equipment, etc.
• Work with Project Engineering to scope out new capital projects, and coordinate the production portion (commissioning, procedure revision, and other MOC tasks)

As a Test Automation Intern, you'll support the QA team by developing and maintaining automated test scripts using Selenium or Playwright. You'll help integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and assist with both manual and automated testing to ensure quality across the product.
This position is expected to start January 2026 and continue through the entire Spring 2026 term (through May 2026). Our internships are a minimum of 10 weeks, part-time (20 to 25 hours) and on-site.
In This Role
Work closely with the QA team and business stakeholders to enhance test automation strategies
Develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java or Playwright with TypeScript/JavaScript
Assist in integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines
Debug test failures, analyze root causes, and work with developers to resolve defects
Contribute to improving automation frameworks, including adding new features and enhancing test coverage
Learn and apply best practices for software testing, including API testing and performance testing
Document test cases, automation scripts, and test execution results
Support manual testing efforts when needed to ensure end-to-end test coverage

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
Prior QA experience (internship, coursework, or personal projects) with test automation
Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver (Java) or Playwright (TypeScript/JavaScript)
Understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and software development methodologies
Experience with Git, Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, or similar development tools
Basic knowledge of API testing and SQL/database queries is a plus

Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Intern will be responsible for providing technical support focusing on day-to-day activities that are compliance, safety, or environmental related. The intern will assist the EHS department with projects from scope definition through implementation.
Responsibilities
Essential Job Functions
* Assist in identifying, planning, and leading EHS projects and actions to minimize the risk of incidents.
* Conduct incident investigations using root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action.
* Perform risk assessments to evaluate hazardous conditions using hierarchy of controls to develop solutions.
* Perform weekly inspections of key programs to ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures.
* Partner with the Safety Manager on the training and development of facility emergency response team.
* Assist in the research, design and implementation of EHS programs, plans and procedures guiding regulatory compliance, prevention of undesired consequences and risk reduction strategies.
* Support data analytics reporting and documentation management.
* Develop working knowledge of local, state, and federal environmental, health and safety regulations as well as consensus standards.
* Research and present on industry trends and best practices for EHS disciplines.
* Understand and manage risks associated with your role and those that impact organizational objectives.
* Participate in required company meetings.
* Maintain an organized work area (5S).
