OT is wide open
Proven time and time again corporate does not care about employees, and base manager at BNA does not care about employees.
Flight benefits are ok we lost extremely low though.
Absolutely nothing, there is no team. Upper management does not do anything to make the life of employees better or easier.
Change all management, improve pay scales for everyone and better health benefits.
I personally did not prepare. I walked across the parking lot from Embraer heavy maintenance in Nashville to skywest.
Our pay is below average, health benefits are horrid.
About average I would say.
Clocking out for the day is ultimately the best part, however during the day the joking round with certain individuals.
The work is not overly complicated, it is sometimes demanding and sometimes things slow down, but the job in and of itself is to the point and easily accomplished of you know and understand your role.
Company politics, creating positions for people who are flavored and the lack of growth opportunity. There is a good ol boy clubhouse and if you are not a yes man, you are blacklisted. Management covers for management even when they are in the wrong. You can easily get burned if you don't keep your wits or uphold your personal integrity. You have to stand up for yourself and push back against corruption. Managers care about the bottom line and show little interest in developing their people or recognizing talent.
Flight Benefits are the best perk if you have time and opportunity to yes them.
Great people. Mostly good management that listens. Adapts to new challenges well.
Many positions underpaid
Flight benifits
Some great people. InFlight leadership is wonderful.
Low compensation. Lack of control over schedule. Rewarded not on merit but only on seniority.
Flight benefits.
Great company, solid management although they are just interested in making money the do provide job security.
The Pay that they pay everyone and that is not fair
Travel Benefits
