As President, Chief Executive Officer, and member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Roche sets Analog Devices’ strategic vision and oversees operational execution across the business. Since becoming ADI’s president in 2012 and CEO in 2013, Mr. Roche has been instrumental in growing the organization’s market leadership in the high-performance analog sector through a strong customer-centric focus and unyielding commitment to innovation and engineering excellence. Under his leadership, ADI has expanded the breadth of its product portfolio and added new technologies and capabilities to provide more comprehensive solutions to customers’ toughest technical challenges. Mr. Roche is only the third CEO to lead the company since its founding in 1965. He began his career at ADI in 1988, progressively gaining responsibility in product line management, strategic marketing, and business unit management roles during his early tenure. Mr. Roche held senior positions for ADI in Ireland, Massachusetts, and California, and in 2001 was given responsibility for global sales and marketing as Vice President of Worldwide Sales. In 2009, Mr. Roche was named Vice President for the newly created Worldwide Sales and Strategic Market Segments Group, where he focused on integrating ADI technology into optimized solutions for industrial, automotive, and infrastructure customers. Mr. Roche was promoted to President of ADI in 2012, taking responsibility for all R&D, sales, marketing and business development and in May 2013, he was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Roche serves on the Board of Directors of Acacia Communications, Inc., a leading developer of high-speed coherent optical interconnect products that transform communications networks through improvements in performance and capacity and a reduction in associated costs. Mr. Roche earned a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Limerick in Ireland.

Rick Wallace serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of KLA Corporation as well as a member of the company’s Board of Directors. Wallace began as an applications engineer at KLA Instruments in 1988, and has held various general management positions throughout his tenure with the company. Earlier in his career, Wallace held positions with Ultratech Stepper and Cypress Semiconductor.Wallace currently serves on the board of directors of Proofpoint., a security and compliance company.Wallace earned his Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering from the University of Michigan and his Master of Science degree in engineering management from Santa Clara University. Wallace lives in the bay area with his wife and three children.

Timothy M. Archer is our president and chief executive officer. Mr. Archer joined us in June 2012 as our executive vice president, chief operating officer. Prior to joining us, he spent 18 years at Novellus Systems, Inc. in various technology development and business leadership roles, including most recently as chief operating officer from January 2011 to June 2012; executive vice president of Worldwide Sales, Marketing, and Customer Satisfaction from September 2009 to January 2011; and executive vice president of the PECVD and Electrofill Business Units from November 2008 to September 2009. His tenure at Novellus also included assignments as senior director of technology for Novellus Systems Japan from 1999 to 2001 and senior director of technology for the Electrofill Business Unit from April 2001 to April 2002. He started his career in 1989 at Tektronix, where he was responsible for process development for high-speed bipolar ICs. Mr. Archer completed the Program for Management Development at the Harvard Graduate School of Business and earned a B.S. degree in applied physics from the California Institute of Technology.

Tunç Doluca joined Maxim in 1984 as a Member of Technical Staff. Tunç has personally designed over 40 products and holds 11 patents. In 1993, he was named the company's Vice President of R&D. In 1994, he became the founding General Manager of the Portable Power Business Unit. By 2005, Tunç’s responsibilities had expanded to managing seven business units and he was promoted to Group President. In 2007, Tunç became the second Chief Executive Officer in the company’s history. During his tenure as CEO, Maxim reorganized product development around end markets and completed six strategic acquisitions. Tunç oversaw the transition of Maxim’s manufacturing to a more flexible hybrid production model and improved overall manufacturing execution. In 2010, Maxim was one of the first analog companies to transition to 300mm wafer technology. In 2015, Tunç reorganized the company, creating a single organization combining all Business Units along with Sales & Marketing, as well as a focused effort on New Ventures. This new structure will allow the company to better align its current business with the needs of customers, while freeing resources to explore new business opportunities outside of our core business. Tunç was born in Ankara, Turkey, and he holds a BSEE degree from Iowa State University and an MSEE degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He serves on the board of directors of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA).

Sanjay Mehrotra is an Indian American business executive and the CEO of Micron Technology. He was the co-founder of SanDisk, where he served as president and CEO until its acquisition by Western Digital in 2016.

Catherine Côté is a Vice President and Chief of Staff to the CEO at ON SEMICONDUCTOR CORP and is based in San Jose, California. She has worked as Head of Corporate Marketing and Communications at Cypress Semiconductor, WW Channel Marketing Manager at Cypress Semiconductor, and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Cypress Semiconductor. Catherine studied at Santa Clara University - Leavey School of Business between 2014 and 2016 and McGill University between 2004 and 2007.

Robert A. Bruggeworth serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of Qorvo, Inc., a global leader in the design and manufacture of high performance RF components and compound semiconductors. He also serves on Qorvo’s board of directors. Prior to the merger of RF Micro Devices, Inc. (“RFMD”) and TriQuijnt Semiconductor, Inc. to form Qorvo, Inc., Mr. Bruggeworth served as President and Chief Executive Officer of RFMD and served on the RFMD board of directors. Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Mr. Bruggeworth served RFMD as both President of the company and Vice President of wireless products. Before joining RFMD, Mr. Bruggeworth held a variety of positions at AMP, Inc., a $5.5 billion supplier of electrical and electronic connection devices, including Divisional Vice President and Area Director for AMP's Asia Pacific Central region; Divisional Vice President of Operations, Asia Pacific; and most recently Divisional Vice President of Computer and Consumer Electronics, based in Hong Kong, China. Mr. Bruggeworth attended Wilkes University in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering. Mr. Bruggeworth became an MSA director in 2007.
