Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred. * 10-15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on backend operations, capacity planning, or supply chain strategy. * Deep knowledge of backend AT processes (wirebond, flip-chip, WLCSP, final test, burn-in, etc.) and OSAT ecosystem. * Proven experience managing global manufacturing or OSAT networks. * Expertise in planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis, SAP IBP, Anaplan) and advanced Excel/data modeling. * Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills; able to work through ambiguity and complexity. * Exceptional cross-functional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is currently USD $143,000 - $286,400 per year.
