What You'll Need: * BS in Electrical Engineering or related field with 12 years' experience, MS with 10 years' experience, or PhD with 7 years' experience. * Extensive commercial experience developing HFSS methodologies for semiconductor or RF simulations. * Demonstrated leadership and a proven track record of delivering state-of-the-art results on complex engineering problems. * Expert-level proficiency with HFSS, SIwave, and Icepak/Mechanical tools. * Python programming skills for automation and tool customization. * Experience managing and mentoring small technical teams. * Ability to translate business requirements into actionable software roadmaps and technical plans.
