The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Executive Vice President, Head of Retail, and the Retail Leasing team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree preferred.

Essential Functions:
Maintain security and life safety standards in accordance with security guidelines established by the company.

Investigate and report all accidents/property damage to appropriate management and authorities.
Manage property level sustainability program including: energy management, recycling, and conservation efforts.
Assist BP Leasing Group as required including conducting leasing tours.
Monitor the status of vendor's insurance certificate requirements.
Maintain a working knowledge of Company databases and informational/reporting tools.
Attend and participate in BOMA and industry related meetings and events.

Requirements and Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required. A concentration in business administration or real estate related field preferred.

POSITION SUMMARY The Human Resources Coordinator will report to the Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) and will work closely with other Human Resources (HR) colleagues. RESPONSIBILITIES
RECRUITMENT:
Partner with Manager, HRBP and Talent Acquisition Partner on recruitment, which includes: support of applicant tracking, diverse recruitment, employment brand on external career sites, candidate selection, and coordination with internal stakeholders and candidates
Assist Talent Acquisition Partner in the administration of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS); help to maintain accurate and timely job postings
ONBOARDING:
Prepare paperwork and schedules for seamless new-hire onboarding process
Coordinate with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional onboarding experience
Conduct new hire orientation in friendly and engaging manner; ensure new hires are informed of ESRT's policies, procedures, programs, and benefits on their first day
Partner with Information Technology team to ensure new hire set up is complete and functional
Coordinate 30 and 60- Day Check Ins, in partnership with Manager, HRBP, to prompt new hire engagement during their onboarding period

ENGAGEMENT:
Responsible for employee appreciation and engagement programs; plan and execute monthly employee events and adapt based off of employee feedback

Assist in the recovery of company assets including company property and identification badges
Coordinate with the Information Technology team to revoke system access
Ensure completion of termination related paperwork
Coordinate completion of Exit Survey and Exit Interviews if applicable
Handle and process all administrative tasks for all aspects of the employee lifecycle including data entry in HRIS and audits for accuracy and compliance, and abide by all deadlines
Ensure compliance with local and federal regulations and applicable employment laws
Own and manage HRIS, which includes but is not limited to: employee personnel files, data oversight, organizational chart, and electronic document management system
Produce, correlate, analyze and distribute various HR reports
Maintain confidentiality and integrity related to all HR and employee functions
Escalate process issues to Manager, HRBP and provide recommendations for improvement
Assist and provide support to Manager, HRBP in daily tasks

POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting Structure:
This position reports directly to SVP or VP of Construction who provides assignments, supervision, and guidance and who will coordinate, evaluate, and monitor work performance on a periodic basis.
This position provides direction and training to Construction Managers, Assistant Construction Managers, Co-Ops and Interns as applicable.
Salary Range:
$144,000 - $217,000. BXP offers a competitive total rewards package including base salary and annual discretionary bonus. The range represents expected base salary; compensation will be determined based on role, skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other job-related factors. POSITION SUMMARY
The Multifamily Portfolio Manager will develop and lead property operations strategies, supervise on-site building staff and superintendents, coordinate maintenance and capital projects of the designated multifamily real estate portfolio. This role ensures that properties are managed efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with ownership objectives. The Manager acts as a liaison between on-site property teams and Asset Management, translating strategic goals into actionable plans. This individual will also play a crucial role in collaborating with senior leadership, contributing significantly to the growth of ESRT's multifamily portfolio. The success of this hire will be marked by their ability to adeptly establish robust processes and a strong team for effective property management.RESPONSIBILITIES
PORTFOLIO OVERSIGHT:
Direct and oversee day-to-day operations for ESRT's residential properties to deliver best-in-class resident experiences
Establish operational policies, procedures, and performance standards to ensure consistency across the portfolio
Supervise on-site teams including Resident Managers, Superintendents, and maintenance personnel, ensuring adherence to ESRT service and operational standards
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs and safety protocols
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs during and after transition
Oversee bidding, procurement, and performance of vendors and contractors to achieve high-quality results at competitive costs
Coordinate and manage capital improvement projects in collaboration with Asset Management and Construction teams and present ROI analysis and recommendations to senior leadership
Uphold ESRT's standards of presentation, cleanliness, and functionality for all residential buildings and amenities
Establish service benchmarks and KPIs for resident satisfaction, maintenance response times, and operational excellence
Respond to escalated resident issues and emergencies with professionalism and urgency
Ensure properties comply with all regulatory requirements including DOB, DHCR, OSHA, and fire safety regulations
Maintain all required certificates, permits, and operational documentation
Oversee regular inspections, safety meetings, and compliance audits
FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT:
Assist in the development and execution of annual operating budgets
Review monthly financial statements and variance reports
Support the acquisitions team in underwriting and conducting due diligence for multi-family assets to ensure accuracy and compliance with investment criteria
LEASING AND MARKETING:
Support leasing and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, rent growth and enhance resident experience
Take part in development of pricing recommendations, lease approvals, and online marketing strategies

REQUIRED SKILLS / ABILITIES
Strong knowledge of NYC building operations, codes, and compliance (DOB, DHCR, Local Laws, etc.)

Experience developing operational processes and leading transitions or organizational changes
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Yardi, and building systems software
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Minimum 10 years of experience in multifamily property management or operations experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory/managerial role overseeing multiple sites or large teams
Experience in managing in-house property management. Proven leadership skills, with experience effectively building, managing, and motivating a team
Excellent work ethic, integrity, and professionalism, with the ability to be an effective representative of ESRT in the broader market
Strong financial, analytical, strategic planning skills, with experience in developing, managing budgets, and reporting against financial forecasts
Ability to quickly digest and process information to make smart, thoughtful decisions

POSITION SUMMARY
The Investment Team seeks to invest in office, retail, and residential assets and pursue equity, preferred equity, mezzanine, and distressed debt opportunities. The Investment Analyst position is integral to all phases of the investment process, with primary focus on financial analysis, transaction support, team organization and logistics, and to provide support over time in underwriting, due diligence, and asset management. RESPONSIBILITIES

Support review and execution of NDA's for new transactions with legal team

Understand and communicate the physical characteristics of properties and the related competitive advantages and disadvantages
Prepare efficient investment memoranda for the ESRT Investment Committee and participate in discussion
Create property and portfolio financial models that isolate variables and considers various outcomes
Analyze property and portfolio level data to inform underwriting assumptions including
rent rolls, leases, historical cash flows, expense items, capital investment, and financing options
Collaborate with other departments to provide critical inputs for underwriting model
Assist with key asset management initiatives
Participate in and provide support for the ongoing asset management of each investment

POSITION SUMMARY
The Social Media Specialist will play a pivotal role in ESRT's digital presence through social media storytelling across real estate, corporate news, and events, this role will also oversee the influencer marketing program for the Empire State Building Observatory's social channels . Influencer partnerships should be informed by their ability to drive ticket sales at the observatory. Reporting directly to the Director of Social Media, this position is central to ESRT's identity as a NYC-focused REIT and proud owner of the iconic Empire State Building, whose newly renovated Observatory Experience welcomes celebrities, dignitaries, and more than two million tourists each year.RESPONSIBILITIES
CONTENT CALENDAR MANAGEMENT:
Create and manage the content calendar that ensures alignment with brand objectives and marketing goals
Complete tasks such as asset selection, copy edits, link creation, and the social media posts schedule across all ESRT social channels
SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGNS:
Manage the development and execution of social media campaigns, that includes real estate content, corporate news, events, leadership appearances, and other brand initiatives
CONTENT PRODUCTION:
Lead the execution of ESRT content production in partnership with ESRT's leasing team to craft social media content that drives web traffic and supports leasing efforts
PERFORMANCE REPORTING:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on social media engagement for ESRT's channels and ESB Observatory influencer campaigns
PLATFORM-SPECIFIC CONTENT:
Create tailored content for ESRT's Instagram and LinkedIn platforms to maximize engagement with brokers, tenants, and potential investors
INFLUENCER PROGRAM MANAGEMENT:
Grow and manage observatory influencer programs, that includes outreach, annual influencer events, and one-off visits.
Identify, vet, and coordinate influencer visits, that includes ticket requests and logistics.
Lead contract negotiations and collaboration agreements with influencer teams.
These visits should have a focus on driving ticket sales to the empire State Building Observatory
OPERATIONAL UPDATES:
Edit and maintain accurate hours of operations for the Observatory across platforms such as Google, TripAdvisor, Twitter, and Facebook
BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
Manage expenses and the annual budget for influencer monitoring/events to ensure cost-effective return on investment
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
Take on additional responsibilities as directed to support the team and organizational goals

Brand Alignment: Establish clear and consistent brand message across all ESRT social media platforms as well as with influencer visits to the Observatory

Accuracy and Credibility: Ensure all public information is accurate, maintaining audience trust and brand credibility

POSITION SUMMARY
The OTA Partnerships & Revenue Manager will manage and optimize the presence of The Empire State Build Observatory across all major online travel agencies. The FTSC will gain exposure to all the work performed at the Building Management Office, and through ongoing communication will interface with many different departments at Vornado. The TSC serves a vital role of communications between the building management staff and several other groups both within the building and throughout the company. The FTSC often serves as the primary contact for both tenants, building staff, and vendors on a daily basis. Responsibilities will include payroll management, purchase orders and invoice payments, and assistance with annual budget preparation and quarterly reforecast. Because of the rotating nature of the stationed location, the FTSC will gain a diverse perspective on the differing buildings, tenant rosters, capital projects and surrounding neighborhoods across the Vornado portfolio.

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Accountant position in the Financial Reporting department is critical to the efficiency and quality of our best-in-class external and internal financial reporting as well as the interpretation of technical accounting guidance for financing, equity, and non-routine transactions. The role will also engage in process optimization, analytical review and SOX compliance. Support and assist in the SEC and stand-alone reporting processes
Prepare footnote disclosures to be included in the Company's consolidated financial statements through collaboration with our various departments

Receive immediate supervision and direction from the Building Engineer, Assistant Chief Engineer, and/or Chief Engineer. In the absence of a supervising Engineer, the Property Manager will provide supervision, direction and assistance. Work performance is reviewed on a periodic basis.
Salary:
$40.07. This represents the current Union rate, and a total package includes Union benefits. Additional details will be provided during the hiring process.
