    The People - 100%. Slalom is as advertised. They have earned every accolade they have received, but they continuously strive to be better, on all fronts. They want to be the best partner for their clients, and they want to be the best employer for their people; and I can honestly say that they are delivering on all fronts.

    Cons of working at Slalom

    Honestly, nothing! If I were to stay in consulting, I would never leave Slalom. They are the best local-model consulting firm you could work for.
