WHAT YOU'LL DO Must be able to set up and run in all fabrication work areas Understand how to manage daily work expectations and goals Understand, interprets, and follows foreman's report including priorities and start dates Understand how to read material sheet tags and determines material types and gauges Understand cross check concepts and inspects product according to Inspection Control Plan Follow all safety policies and standards Is capable and willing to train other employees Understand non-conforming process according to SOP-0003 Maintain accurate and timely system transactions Can inspect and clean equipment including all preventative maintenance Inspect own work for quality standards Other duties may be assigned WHAT YOU'LL NEED The individual must have exposure to metal fabrication concepts and processes On-the-job training will be provided for new operators regarding safety procedures, how to use the machines and how to operate the computer program.
