Responsibilities
Under general supervision, carry out general labor responsibilities promptly and efficiently. Responsibilities may include:
Develop and maintain knowledge of the commodities handled at the location and comply with company policy and government regulations pertaining to commodities.
Work with customers in a courteous and professional manner.
Prepare trucks and railcars for loading/unloading, which may require sampling, loosening large nuts, opening hatches, and attaching and/or detaching flexible hoses.
Load and unload agricultural inputs from railcars and/or trucks using heavy or light duty machinery/equipment. May include bulk and or packaged material.
Control and monitor all load out functions.
Understand and operate automated scale/dump systems.
Conduct and properly record daily, weekly and monthly maintenance tasks including but not limited to lubrication of pumps, valves, and loading arms. Inspect in-use equipment looking for seeps and leaks of process equipment.
Monitor and maintain quality of inventory (may include blended, bulk or packaged product).
Deliver products such as fertilizer, chemical, seed, feed and others to customer sites.
Keep all work areas in a clean, orderly and safe condition. Conduct regular housekeeping duties such as sweeping, shoveling, power washing, scraping and cleaning up spills. Complete appropriate record keeping.
Perform grounds maintenance including snow removal.
Perform warehouse work including driving loader, loading/unloading inventory, forklift operation, and general maintenance.
Promptly report any customer complaints, repair or maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.
Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and communicate workplace hazards and correct or seek assistance in correcting unsafe actions or conditions.

The Part Time Adhoc Quality Inspector (Process Containment Equipment) is responsible for performing visual inspection of materials and/or fabricated equipment at vendor shops or on-site fabrication or testing facilities. The ideal candidate must be well versed in quality control inspections and tests, including nondestructive testing techniques, mechanical testing, dimensional inspection, pressure testing and coating inspections. This position will travel at least 75% of the time.

The base wage or salary range for this position is $30.0 - $48.00. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.
Shift/Schedule: All inspectors are utilized on an Adhoc basis and are not provided daily duties. All needs are based on our clients' needs and we source inspectors based on availability, location, taxonomy approvals, and specific client requests.
* Capable of performing inspections or audits and reviewing testing for conformance to Client specifications, industry standards, and approved procedures and reporting of results
* Capable of reviewing material test reports to conformance with applicable codes and standards
* Basic knowledge of material properties
* Clear understanding of basic procurement and fabrication processes with knowledge of relevant codes and specifications for the oil and gas industry
* Capable of performing the follow-up of dispositions and corrective actions related to non-conformances
* Ability to travel frequently throughout the continental US
* Capable of documenting inspection activities in electronic formats
* Proficient in MS Office programs and Outlook
* Review and agree upon project quality procedures, standards, and specifications ensuring that all parties (engineering, procurement, manufacturing) are adhering to them.
* Review Inspection & Testing Plans to ensure a standardized minimum level of surveillance in accordance with the contractual requirements. Identify the critical inspections and tests to be witnessed by the Owner.
* Carry out inspection visits as per ITP's either personally or through 3rd party resource.
Scope of Work: Dependent on customer level of inspection
Level 1: No Inspection, Expediting only.
Level 2: Industry Standard equipment. Final Inspection only.
Level 3: Custom Engineered to Order Equipment - Periodic in-process Inspection visits by a Client Authorized Inspector per Client Minimum Inspection Specifications and all appropriate Industry standards and country Codes. This means there will be a number of visits to the supplier's site over the manufacturing/fabrication cycle/schedule, with frequency and schedule being driven by the witness and spot witness listed in the Inspection Specifications in conjunction with the Supplier's progress.
Level 4: Special / Complex (Client Specs defined) Custom Engineered to Order Equipment - All of Level 3 requirements plus a designated Client SME will provide special instructions / direction to the Client Authorized Inspector and lead a formal Pre-Inspection Meeting reviewing and/or approving the Suppliers inspection & Test Plan.
Level 5: Non Spared / Project Critical Custom Engineered to Order Equipment - All of Level 4 requirements plus the Client authorized Inspector will become a Resident Inspector (daily inspection) for the duration of the fabrication/manufacturing cycle at the supplier's facility.

Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation.

**Job Responsibilities**
This position provides care and services in a safe and efficient manner, and is responsible to perform the following according to location standards, procedures and individualized resident care plans.
Demonstrates/encourages opportunities for carrying out mission. Formulates and works within annual budget; recruits, hires, and staffs work area at appropriate levels by utilizing scheduling system accurately. Acquire resources and means that promote a quality work environment; ensures quality performance and conformance with regulation and laws. Participates in state and/or federal nursing home survey process; writes any resultant plan of correction (POC) and ensures it is carried out. Participates in the QA/CQI process. Responsible to lead the management and monitoring/auditing of the EMR in the location; to include training, documentation, reports/dashboards and retrieval management and monitoring/auditing. Keeps abreast of and implements new programs or practices. Accepts accountability for activities under direct control; plans and organizes work with and for department. Exercises sound judgment and decision-making. Promotes cooperative working relationships within and between departments. Performs/ assigns completion of pre-admission assessment on a timely basis; assures a comprehensive nursing assessment of all residents is completed and interventions for plan of care are formulated to address needs on admission and on an ongoing basis according to state and federal regulations, location procedures or other guidelines. Assures plan of care and interventions are evaluated for effectiveness on an ongoing basis and adjusted and updated accordingly. Assures restraints or seclusion use conforms to Society policy. Assures residents are offered choices in their care and other decisions. Assures residents are free of neglect or abuse. Immediately reports any concerns related to resident rights and resident abuse or neglect in accordance with Society policy and procedure. Allows residents access to their records upon request. Assures physicians are notified of change in condition / request and orders are processed on a timely basis. Maintains thorough and accurate records for each resident. Ensures staff is appropriately trained and adequately utilizing the scheduling system. Participates in location care conferences, special events and task forces. Explains procedures to residents before and during interactions; interacts with residents and maintains resident-centered conversations when residents are present. Reports / assures appropriate action on any physical or emotional problems/concerns from observation or residents' report (onset of shortness of breath, increased agitation, new behaviors, pain, etc.). Assures families are notified of resident condition changes, etc. Ensures adherence to antibiotic stewardship plan.
**Qualifications**
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Prior work experience may not be required to be hired into this job. Supervisory experience is preferred. Registered nurse licensure for state of practice is required.
Ability to communicate and comprehend.
Knowledge of basic nursing skills; knowledge and familiarity with the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered.

PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES:

Reaching out with mental health services children who are at-risk and their families. Your services will be primarily in a school environment, an office will be provided, and some home based services for clinical care children and families.
Connecting with other agencies (customers) who are working with the youth.
Scheduling. Your service will focus on helping the family and child, often during school hours when your clients are available and some after school hours and evenings.
Documenting. Like all agencies, documenting of case notes and billable hours is required.
Billing. Full-time staff provide 109 client hours per month out of the 173 working hours available in a month (40 hours x 4.3 actual weeks per month). The average client hours are 26-28 hours per week.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensure Candidate:
Completed master's degree and working toward licensure (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP). We provide licensure supervision.
Licensed Therapist:
Fully Licensed Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LPCC, LMFT, or LP).
EXPERIENCE:
Demonstrated ability to work with children and families experiencing mental health issues in a direct care role.
Familiar with a variety of counseling techniques with theories to aid in the care and treatment of individuals with mental health needs such as behavior modifications for children, child development education, communication, decision-making skills, anger management, social skills, leisure, self-esteem and basic home budgeting.
