Pros of working at Sleep Number

Co workers are great

Cons of working at Sleep Number

The company lies. From the ceo to the regional to the manager. They had sales reps push for the bed sales even though the product was not there to fulfill the complete order. The shareholders now want the ceo to step down. That would be a step in the right direction. Sales are very very down and the people on top, ceo, regional directors, district managers are putting the blame on the sales employees. We do not control the foot traffic. Foot traffic had decreased in my store by probably a good 65-70 percent. The company now is pushing right ups if. you don't make your monthly goal. Verbal warning, right up, right up and then fired. We do fillow-ups with old clients to see about upgrading and asking for referrals. That's as much as the sales employee can do at the store level. Maybe to drive in new traffic lower the price on the beds and stop doing these mickey mouse sales. The way I see it the people on top need to be let go and get a new group of leaders. You have regional directors messing around on his wife with a sales employee and the leaders at the top found out about it and did nothing. This is the great company I worked for. Would not recommend this company to anyone for work. Run run
