Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with external and internal customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers.
Pays and verifies jackpots on slot machines according to established procedures.
Proactively promotes the Players Club card program; understands current card benefits and information and presents program to customers.
Communicates all customer service issues to key personnel.
Accurately maintains money flow during shift with customers and employees.
Accurately performs customer transactions.
Assists in training new personnel and customer trainees as needed.
Monitors work areas to ensure cleanliness standards are achieved and customer requests are addressed and resolved
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS: (Licenses, Certifications, Testing, etc.):
Superior customer service, communication, and employee interaction skills.
Basic math skills required.
