Responsibilities- Address repairs that cannot be done in the field, working on parts, testing parts, etc.
- Troubleshoot issues and make the decision if the machine or part can be repaired in house or if the machine should be sent to the vendor for repair.
- Maintain the inventory of good parts, parts that need repair, machines, and parts at the vendor for repair and disposition of parts that can no longer be repaired.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for maintaining all gaming equipment components for Electronic Games, Keno and Bingo as directed by the Slot Tech Manager.
- Install, upgrade, and configure gaming equipment, permissions, and software on servers for Electronic Games, Keno, and Bingo.
- Provide technical support to workers in front of the house casino equipment such as, Keno, Bingo and VLT.
- Responsible for security and integrity of front of the house gaming equipment and networks.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES
- Upgrade network hardware and software components as required and/or assigned by the Slot Tech Manager.
- Complete regular maintenance (rebuild parts/equipment during downtime) as specified by the Slot Tech Manager.
- Prioritize workload to meet business demands.
- Circulate through assigned areas, performing repairs as necessary.
- Attend all mandatory meetings and training.
- Other duties may be assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or GED
- 18 to 24 months related experience and/or training
- OR equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must have knowledge of Windows, networking, basics and protocols, as well as PC maintenance and repair
- Previous work with VLT's (Video Lottery Terminal) preferred; must have the technical knowledge to install, repair, troubleshoot and convert all gaming equipment
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Squaxin Island Gaming Commission.
- Must be at least 21 years of age

PURPOSE
Responsible for repairs of all slot terminals at an advanced level with minimal supervision. Able to troubleshoot slot terminals and other gaming and non-gaming related devices at the component level. Provide technical expertise to the Slot Shift Supervisors and Snoqualmie Gaming Commission in the event of a guest dispute.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist Slot Attendants and SGC in disputes with technical findings and documentation.
Diagnose the slot terminals to the component level and make necessary repairs.
Complete new machine installs, game conversions, machine moves and sign moves and updates.
Keep records of test money usage and meters.
Maintain the Sportsbook kiosks with paper, necessary repairs and moves.
Provide planning and leadership.
Perform RAM clears and certification of player terminals.
Communicate with Team Members to ensure productivity and maintain the operation of the casino floor.
Repair of shuffle master equipment and table game devices.
Keep accurate records of inventory, tasks pending and MEAL logs as well as maintaining the inventory database.
Create spreadsheets, perform data entry and create instructional documents for repairs as needed.
Provide training and role modeling for Team Members.
Demonstrate shift leadership to prioritize service requirements.
In-depth knowledge of all manufacturers PTs and available resources.

Requirements:
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma / GED; Recognized Equivalent of a High School Diploma (RED) or Foreign High School Diploma (FHD).
Two (2) years' experience in the Slot Technical Department or equivalent experience.
Skills and Abilities:
Proven oral and written communications skills.
Proven technical computer skills.
Proven mathematical skills, cash handling, and Guest Service.
Proven problem solving and critical thinking.
One (1) year participation working with or for Information Technology (IT).
Knowledge of basic hand tools such as socket sets, wrenches etc.
