Lease Operator I is responsible for gauging, reporting, maintaining and operating properties on a daily basis, using the skills he/she possesses to maximize production while maintaining the beliefs and core values of Apache Corporation.
Gauge production on assigned wells, and report gauge readings, downtime and other pertinent well information to district office.
Perform lease maintenance such as minor surface pump and production equipment repairs and adjustments; trim weeds, clean up trash, etc.; change stuffing boxes, grease pumping units, service lease equipment, etc.
Note problems and/or recommend courses of actions to supervisor in order to decrease costs and increase production.
Assist in witnessing meter calibrations; monitor rates and pressures on injection and disposal wells; make necessary adjustments; monitor chemical use; shoot fluid levels as required and test safety systems daily to maximize daily production.
Assist with downhole pump changes, tubing replacement, etc. on artificially lifted wells; assist with pump and compressor maintenance such as oil changes, obtaining oil sample for analysis, pulling compressor valves, tests and repairs.
Perform work in a manner that ensures the secure and environmentally safe operation of all wells and leases for which pumper is responsible.
Conduct other tasks as required by supervisor which are unique to the assigned geographic area.
Qualifications & Experience
The successful candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
High school diploma
1+ years of relevant experience
Must have a general knowledge of safe oil and gas production operations.
Must have an interest in gaining knowledge of engineering principles and an understanding of subsurface and surface equipment and operations.
Must be able to perform simple mathematic calculations, have good mechanical aptitude, good writing skills and have a good safety and driving record.
Demonstrated proficiency with PC based computer applications.

We are seeking for Turnaround & Inspection Engineer to join the Riyas NGL Fractionation Maintenance Division (RNGLFMD) of Riyas NGL Fractionation Department (RNGLFD)
RNGLFMD is responsible of two NGL Fractionation trains, each designed to process 255 MBOD (242.25 MBCD). Each train will include fractionation units, C3 & C4 treatment, C3 & C4 dehydration and propane refrigeration. Additionally, you will develop detailed job plans for identified T&I scopes and plan all required materials including identification of long lead materials to ensure availability prior to execution date.

* Ensure integration of geological work with geophysical, geomechanical, and engineering (reservoir/completion/production/drilling) analysis to provide unified robust interpretations
* Remains current in the application of the latest proven technologies and methods used for optimization in the development and production of oil and gas assets
* Promotes innovation to remain ahead of competitors for delivering enhanced economic returns
* Conduct business with the highest ethical standards; demonstrate decision-making skills that ensure the safety of all persons associated with SM facilities

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Experienced in asset development of unconventional (horizontal) resource plays. Strong understanding of oil and gas economic evaluations and their appropriate application. Command of fundamental reservoir engineering and geologic/geophysical/geomechanical disciplines. Understands important geological, petrophysical and geochemical properties for unconventional plays. Proficient and strong ability to learn and apply new skills and technologies. Proficient and strong use and application of standard subsurface principles. Can easily identify limitations in data set and range in certainty of results. Ability to build and lead a strong team.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
* B.S. degree in Engineering is required; Petroleum degree is preferred
* 10+ years of reservoir engineering or geological experience
* Deep understanding in fundamental reservoir/geology mechanisms
* Drive to take technical results and apply to asset for driving value to the organization
