First of all, ignore the "positive reviews."" Just higher-ups trying to bring people in. Starting pay isn't great. HR tries to keep wage increases a "mystery" so employees can't go look for a new job and compare wages to market. If you ask, it's an interrogation by head HR. Job advancement is practically zero unless you want to work in quality, which you work every Saturday. The company has had mandatory OT for the past 10 years. Huge turnover and not many recent long-term new hires. They treat the workers like numbers rather than people. Rarely had weekends off, and overtime is mandatory. If you have kids, stay far away!! They don't care. If they tell you this is a "family company," it's a blatant lie!! They treat pregnant women like garbage. You will need a doctors note for everything, including extra bathroom breaks, and to be able to pump for milk. If you take too "Long" to pump, they consider it a break. They are treated like modern-day slaves. Employees are exhausted, mentally, and physically drained. Each department has cligues. Not a good management in the shop floor. Supervisors and leads will gossip and spread rumors about employees if they don't like them for any reason. Very uncomfortable toxic environment. HR does NOT like when you speak up for yourself and tell them any concerns. They WILL find loopholes to fire you if you contact OSHA and a laywer or if they know you are looking for another job. Please, for your mental and emotional health, avoid this place.
