Laurie is a customer-centric, results driven leader that brings over two decades of marketing experience in highly competitive industries. Before joining Bizagi, Laurie built, launched and managed the go-to-market for Financial Services at ServiceNow and led the global incubation efforts across all verticals. Prior to ServiceNow, she held marketing leadership positions at large corporations like Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup and TD Waterhouse and counseled countless start-ups on their best path to market. Laurie is responsible for all aspects of Bizagi’s marketing efforts including demand generation, market research, strategy, advertising and customer and employee communications.

Rohit Khanna is a Chief Customer Officer at Smarsh and Executive Vice President at SEEBURGER and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Sr. Manager of Professional Services and Consulting at Premenos Corp; Sr. Director, Professional Services and Solutions Architecture Team at Peregrine Systems Inc.; and EVP & President Americas, Global Strategy and Corporate Development at SEEBURGER. Rohit attended Harvard Business School between 1999 and 2000, San Francisco State University (SFSU), and University of San Francisco School of Management between 1998 and 2000.

Suzanne Rudnitzki is the Chief Operating Officer at Smarsh and leads the Legal and Information Security, Human Resources, Management Information Systems, Diversity & Inclusion and Facilities teams. She originally joined Smarsh in 2018 as the company’s first Chief People Officer, and works to ensure our more than 600 employees are in the best environment to succeed.

Prior to joining Smarsh, Suzanne was the Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President of Human Resources at health services organization Telecare Corporation. She has also worked as a consultant for Xerox, facilitated international entrepreneurial leadership training for Procter & Gamble, and developed HR training curricula for clients including Nissan, General Motors, Herman Miller and Magna International.

As the author of Not So Basic New Hire Orientation, Suzanne has appeared as a keynote speaker for organizations such as Hospital Purchasing Services, High Point National Furniture Mart, and the Color Marketing Council.

Suzanne has a Master of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University and a Bachelor of Business Administration, Management, Advertising, Fine Arts and Pre-Law from Western Michigan University.

As the Chief Revenue Officer at Smarsh, Tom Padgett leads revenue-generating departments to drive customer growth, expand market share and build strategic partnerships. He is focused on achieving operational and strategic alignment across all revenue-building functions. Tom specializes in building a framework and culture of high performance to achieve these goals.

Tom comes to Smarsh from SAP where, most recently, he held the position of SVP and General Manager of Ariba. Prior to that, he held roles that included SVP and Head of Leonardo & Analytics, as well as COO of Analytics. Tom joined SAP following his previous success scaling similar B2B organizations to impressive compound annual growth rates of 40% and higher.

He also served as Group Vice President at Oracle after it acquired BigMachines, where he was SVP for Worldwide Sales and Alliances.

Tom holds a bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University Bloomington.

Brian Agle is the Chief Financial Officer at Smarsh, leading the finance and accounting teams. His deep expertise in financial services and technology industries are critical to Smarsh as the organization scales.

Brian was formerly the CFO at safeXai, and also served as CFO at Ivanti and Avid Technology. Prior to Avid Technology, Brian was an operating advisor at Francisco Partners. He also served as CFO for Rocket Software during a five year period of high growth. He was also CFO of Global Field Operations for Novell. Brian started his career at Ernst & Young, where he became a CPA. Additionally, he has served in various board advising positions throughout his career.

Brian has a bachelor's degree and master's degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University.

Financial services and information technology professional with passion for designing, developing and bringing innovative products to market. Over 18 years of experience launching new business initiatives, engaging clients, driving product strategy, developing deep partnerships and managing execution. Successfully led a number of high performance teams across business development, product development and client service. Deep understanding of technology and capital markets including market structure, enterprise technology and electronic trading.

Greg Vesper is the Chief Product Officer at Smarsh. He focuses on converting the emerging technologies that drive business, into successful solutions for our clients.

In his role, Greg build teams to operationalize new solutions and champion agile product development. He is also in charge of strategic product management and ensures that Smarsh can deliver real-time value to rapidly evolving markets.

Greg started his career in science innovation at NASA, where he pioneered the internet’s first system of B2B electronic commerce. He then worked with several large software companies to build innovative B2B platforms, including Premenos and Cyclone Commerce. Greg has built big data cloud platforms for healthcare, logistics and financial services companies.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Maryland and a Master of Arts from The Catholic University of America.
