What you'll be doing?
Performs and leads specific delivery activities working across teams to drive expected delivery outcomes
Participates and works across teams as the key point of contact for delivery in defining and finalizing deliverables, metrics, service levels and financials included in the Statement of Work
Responsibility for overall service level and coordination of initiatives
Responsible to identify and drive upsell and cross sell opportunities
Develops and maintains direct customer point of contact for delivery relationships
Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact
Facilitates continuous improvement through process improvement, automation and innovation
Identifies opportunities for growth within the customer environment
Drive delivery excellence through voice of the customer and working across towers and disciplines to ensure we provide the highest quality service
Manages overall account budgets and financials to meet or exceed targets
Facilitates Steering Committee and Quarterly Business Reviews working with Client Partners and Delivery Leaders
Supports development and delivery of new products and services

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Account Executive to join our healthcare technology team. Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a strong finance professional to join our Finance team on a short-term contract basis.
The Revenue and Billing Manager will be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the billing process. In addition, they will manage the global accounts receivable operations. This individual will report to and work directly with the Sr. Director, Financial Accounting and Control and will lead billing, accounts receivable activities, systems, and processes within a fast-paced, growing organization.
What you’ll be doing?
Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the billing process. Liaison with the development team on automation efforts and process improvement initiatives.
Lead the analysis of contracts to ensure billing is performed in compliance with all contract terms
Manage and handle day-to-day accounts receivable operations including collections, payment posting and application, credit memo application, account reconciliations and adjustments
Assist with building a world class accounts receivable team, including developing and mentoring staff
Establish and publish monthly receivable data including KPI's, metrics, and analysis of fluxes
Work closely with the Controller, implementation team and revenue product owners to ensure accurate revenue accounting on implementation of new products and offers
Work closely with accounting on related receivable tasks and projects including information requests during financial audits
Implement or enhance (where necessary) accounts receivable systems, processes, and reporting. Continue to develop and implement policies and procedures to scale with the business.
Responsible for billing and AR acquisition integration and financial system conversions.

What you'll be doing?
Document Processor:
Opening, Sorting, Batching and QC of documents
May require some scanning if needed
Preparing, verifying, and counting documents for scanning. Scan if needed
Unfold/un-crease, tape, rubber band, or un-staple documents if needed
Fix tears and make copies of documents if needed
Use sorting sheets as trained
Perform other basic office duties as assigned
Process rejects and rescans as needed
Ensure that all PHI information is kept confidential
Process incoming mail based on customer required sorts. Sorts can be done via physical paper or through QuickClaim on the provided SDS PC.

Smart Data Solutions, a leading provider of data management, claim routing and workflow solutions to health plans and TPAs, is looking for a strong finance professional to join our Finance team on a short-term contract basis.
The Revenue and Billing Manager will be responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the billing process. In addition, they will manage the global accounts receivable operations. This individual will report to and work directly with the Sr. Director, Financial Accounting and Control and will lead billing, accounts receivable activities, systems, and processes within a fast-paced, growing organization.
What you'll be doing?
Principal Responsibilities
Responsible for the timeliness and accuracy of the billing process. Liaison with the development team on automation efforts and process improvement initiatives.
Lead the analysis of contracts to ensure billing is performed in compliance with all contract terms
Manage and handle day-to-day accounts receivable operations including collections, payment posting and application, credit memo application, account reconciliations and adjustments
Assist with building a world class accounts receivable team, including developing and mentoring staff
Establish and publish monthly receivable data including KPI's, metrics, and analysis of fluxes
Work closely with the Controller, implementation team and revenue product owners to ensure accurate revenue accounting on implementation of new products and offers
Work closely with accounting on related receivable tasks and projects including information requests during financial audits
Implement or enhance (where necessary) accounts receivable systems, processes, and reporting. Continue to develop and implement policies and procedures to scale with the business.
Responsible for billing and AR acquisition integration and financial system conversions.

Smart Data Solutions (SDS), a growing company in Eagan, MN, is looking for qualified individuals to work in our mail processing center. In this role, you will help SDS successfully process our client's mail by opening, sorting, batching, and Quality Control of documents.
What you'll be doing?
Document Processor:
Opening, Sorting, Batching and QC of documents
May require some scanning if needed
Preparing, verifying, and counting documents for scanning. Scan if needed
Unfold/un-crease, tape, rubber band, or un-staple documents if needed
Fix tears and make copies of documents if needed
Use sorting sheets as trained
Perform other basic office duties as assigned
Process rejects and rescans as needed
Ensure that all PHI information is kept confidential
Process incoming mail based on customer required sorts. Sorts can be done via physical paper or through QuickClaim on the provided SDS PC.
Scanner Operator:
QC, Scanning, and Archiving documents including paper and film
May require some document processing if poorly done
Inputs appropriate settings onto scanner computer screen by manipulating a mouse, and typing on a keyboard based on batch cover sheets.
Log documents and feed through scanner
Trouble-shoot and correct technical errors as they occur
Operate and clean the scanner machines as trained to
Mark and identify containers in which work is received and forward them to the designated archive areas
Ensure that all PHI information is kept confidential
Learn the scanner/new scanners as they are introduced to the department
Perform other basic office duties as assigned
Process rejects and rescans as needed.
