What You'll Do
Collaborate with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and networking
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture
Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews with hiring managers
Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interview coordination, and offer negotiation
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
What We're Looking For

Your Role as a Residential Lender

Our Fraud Analyst will be held accountable for:
* Uphold SmartBank Core Values and Core Purpose.
* Performing an analysis of daily reports and accounts, monthly, and/or quarterly to detect questionable activity.
* Assist in reviewing and analyzing fraud alerts provided by the Verafin monitoring system and other monitoring systems that identifies accounts that may be engaging in, or being targeted for, illegal and/or fraudulent activity.
* Completes investigations while ensuring cases meet or exceed closure and quality metrics.
* Reports facts of the investigation to assist in identifying potential operational or compliance risks.
Education & Experience:
* Minimum of 3 years of banking experience.
* Experience and/ or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
* Displays excellent organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates):
* Annual Fraud training will be required
