PCC is a worldwide, diversified manufacturer of complex metal components and products which serves the aerospace, power, and general industrial markets. As part of the Account Management team, Koczan was the key customer contact for contract management, customer negotiations, and bid/proposal creation, strategy, and execution. Prior to this role, as a member of the Finance team, Koczan was responsible for all budgeting, modeling, forecasting, and cost accounting for numerous domestic and international locations. Prior to joining Precision Castparts Corp., Koczan was a Performance Measurement Analyst and Senior Account Controller for State Street Corporation headquartered in Boston, MA. State Street Corporation is a financial holding company which provides products and services for institutional investors worldwide. As part of the Performance & Analytics group, he was responsible for market analysis, benchmark reconciliation, performance analysis, and project management.
