You Will:

You Have:
3+ years of SaaS full cycle sales experience exceeding quota working in commercial accounts
Experience managing customer relationships and maintaining relationships in a B2B environment
A thorough understanding of a SaaS evaluation process and have the ability to execute on each stage in the sales cycle
Experience working with multiple functional departments and roles to manage customer life cycle from initial engagement through implementation to renewal
Experience using CRM and power BI software (Salesforce and Tableau) to track daily activities, key metrics and gain territory insights

The Director, Hardware Engineering, is a key member of the Vehicle Wash Solutions (VWS) leadership team responsible for setting & executing the strategic roadmap, and lifecycle management of our equipment and hardware product portfolio across the Tunnel and In-Bay Automatic (IBA) products. The leadership role will oversee a talented cross-functional team of multidisciplinary engineers to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-competitive solutions that differentiate VWS in the marketplace and drive sustainable growth.
Working in close collaboration with Commercial, Software, Operations, and Supply Chain leaders, this role will Lead the advancement of hardware design standards, modular architecture, and value engineering initiatives that enhance manufacturability, scalability, and quality across the VWS portfolio. In addition to technical accountability, this leader will play a critical role in developing talent and fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration consistent with Dover's values and operational excellence standards. Key Responsibilities
• Lead the integrated Engineering functions, ensuring alignment between market requirements, product strategy, and engineering execution across all equipment platforms.
• Execute the long-term product roadmap that balances innovation, cost competitiveness, and operational efficiency while advancing modular design, common component strategies, and standardization across the portfolio.
• Drive portfolio governance and lifecycle management, including new product introductions, value engineering, cost reduction, and end-of-life strategies to optimize financial performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Software, Operations, Supply Chain, and Service leaders to translate customer insights and business objectives into product and engineering priorities that deliver measurable business impact.

• Represent the voice of the customer and market in product and technology decisions, leveraging market research, VOC insights, and competitive intelligence to guide development priorities and ensure commercial differentiation.
Qualifications and Experience
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, related technical discipline required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in engineering, or related leadership roles within an industrial, equipment, or technology-driven manufacturing environment; at least 8 years in senior leadership positions managing cross-functional or multi-site teams.
• Proven track record of driving profitable growth through product strategy, portfolio optimization, and new product introduction within a complex, global organization.
• Demonstrated success integrating engineering functions to deliver market-leading solutions, shorten development cycles, and strengthen customer value propositions.

Salary
Salary: $150,000.00 - $160,000 Annually DOE
The salary range for this position is provided in good faith and is subject to variation based on geographic location, candidate experience, and market conditions. Final compensation will be determined after a comprehensive evaluation of the candidate's qualifications and alignment with the role.

Smartsheet is seeking a talented Corporate Counsel to join its collaborative legal team. We are looking for a highly capable and motivated individual with strong interpersonal skills to assist us in supporting our commercial contracting functions along with additional duties to support other parts of the business as needed.
This position reports to the Director of Legal and is remote eligible. Ideal candidate reside within the Pacific or Mountain time zones.
You Will:
Negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements (both customer/sales and vendor/buy-side) including agreements concerning online subscription software, data privacy and processing, intellectual property use, and professional services.
Provide strategic and practical legal advice to teams globally across the company, including sales and procurement.
Collaborate with all members of the Legal team across office locations, including attorney and non-attorney personnel.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of document templates, alternate language playbooks, and internal resource documents.
Deliver training and guidance to employees on legal issues, best practices, and company policies.
Support general business operations by responding to requests for assistance from across the company as needed.
Complete special projects as requested.
You Have:
2-4 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house at a cloud software company.
2+ years of experience drafting and negotiating technology contracts such as software licenses, software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements, software development agreements, and professional services agreements.
JD from an accredited law school and an active member of a state bar.
AI first mentality, with the ability to revise and leverage AI output into final work product.
Experience advising business teams on a variety of issues relevant to commercial contracts including working directly with sales representatives on issues relevant to customer contracts.
Ability to analyze problems and recommend practical solutions that balance legal and business risks.
Skilled at developing strong working relationships with other business units despite competing priorities and interests.
Aptitude and disposition to uphold company's business standards and risk tolerance.
Excellent interpersonal skills, business judgment, and strategic thinking.
Flexible with a service-oriented mentality.
Persistent attention to detail.
