Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers in person and by phone to enter and process orders using automated systems
Assistcustomers with pricing quotes and order placement within system controls
Balance daily invoice edits and audit open-order reports on a weekly basis
Follow up on customer claims for credits and manage invoicing for COD and open-term accounts
Maintain bookkeeping procedures, including setting up and managing open-term and COD accounts
Process requisitions for new customer account codes
Support furnish-and-install programs, including processing invoices and installer payables
Distribute incoming and outgoing mail
Handle incoming calls related to products, bookkeeping, and accounting inquiries
Provide occasionalassistancein the warehouse and support the team as needed
