David Vincent is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of smartTrade Technologies. He is in charge of the general management of the company with a strict sense of priorities and organization. His vision embraces both the business and technological specificities of the financial services industry. David was originally smartTrade’s Chief Technology Officer and created the company’s ground-breaking technology. He brought the disruptive cross-asset model to the finance industry leading smartTrade to its current position as a state of the art technology provider. Prior to smartTrade Technologies, David co-founded LexiFi, which developed mlFI, a language for the design of derivative contracts. mlFi was elected Software Product of the Year by Risk Magazine in 2001. Before founding LexiFi, David worked for almost 10 years in high-level IT design, development and management positions at Société Générale on projects specifically concerned with complex trading operations. David graduated from the Institut des Sciences de l’Ingénieur de Montpellier and holds a Master in Artificial Intelligence.

Audoin Roche are a Chief Strategy Officer at SMART TRADE TECHNOLOGIES, Chief Financial Officer at SMART TRADE TECHNOLOGIES, and Strategy & Operations at SMART TRADE TECHNOLOGIES and are based in Paris Et Périphérie. They have worked as Private Equity at CNP ASSURANCES, Co-founder & CEO at AU POIL, and Transaction Services & Restructuring at EIGHT ADVISORY. Audoin studied at Collège et Lycée Stanislas between 1995 and 2009, Prépa Notre-Dame du Grandchamp between 2009 and 2011, and Tecnológico de Monterrey between 2013 and 2013.

Renaud Lebrun is a Director of Technology North America & Chief Compliance Officer at SMART TRADE TECHNOLOGIES and is based in New York City, New York. He attended ECOLE CENTRALE DE LYON between 1998 and 2001.

Annalisa Sarasini is Chief Business Development Officer at smartTrade Technologies, leading Fin Tech company. She has a solid experience of sales management and business development in the Financial software and cloud services industry and over the past 15 years she has been responsible for the sales execution and growth strategy of FinTech startups and public companies worldwide.

Before joining smartTrade, Annalisa was VP of Global Sales for the Messaging Business Unit of Informatica Corporation. She managed a global sales team and significantly grew license revenue year over year in both direct and channel sales.

Prior to her role at Informatica, Annalisa ran Global Sales for 29West. She started by setting up and running Sales and Operations in EMEA and was soon appointed Worldwide Head of Sales. She built a global team and steadily grew the company’s revenue and average deal size, helping position 29West for acquisition by Informatica in March 2010.

Annalisa is an entrepreneur at heart and is involved in startup initiatives. She is also a Mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women and an advisory for Fin Tech startups.

In her spare time she enjoys the outdoors, is a keen cyclist and has a passion for coffee and dark chocolate.

Emmanuel is responsible for smartTrade services' delivery. He leads our global project delivery teams. He is responsible for both frontline impact and client satisfaction. This includes customer services and IT implementation projects.

Thibault Joly is a Deputy CTO & Head of Client Engagement at SMART TRADE TECHNOLOGIES and is based in Aix-en-Provence, Bouches-du-Rhône Department, France. He has worked as Client Services at SMART TRADE TECHNOLOGIES, Pre-sales engineer at SMART TRADE TECHNOLOGIES, and Ingénieur logiciel at SMART TRADE TECHNOLOGIES.

Alex leads and defines the technology strategy. He manages smartTrade technology organization to align all Technology teams to provide best in class client experience.

Colin is responsible for managing smartTrade’s global sales teams and for driving business growth across all customer segments. He is overseeing the performance and strategy of the company’s revenue-generating departments.
