Hours: Monday 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Tuesday 8:00 am-5:30 pm, and Thursday 1:00 pm-6:00 pm
Responsibilities: (List does not include all duties assigned):
• Answers phone calls in a professional manner and assists caller's needs appropriately.
• Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner
• Checks-in patients, verifies and updates necessary information in the medical records / database, performs all registration functions and collects copays and balances due, as appropriate.
• Assists patients with ambulatory difficulties, or other needs, as appropriate. Must be customer service oriented.
• Appointment scheduling, referrals, and pre-certifications, etc.
• Files charts and coordinates lab work, as requested.
• Sorts and delivers mail, medical records, and other correspondence.
• Maintains work area in a neat and orderly manner.
• Attendance/Punctuality: Dependable and arrives to work on time. Notifies supervisor at least 2 weeks in advance for time off (excluding emergencies.)
• Cooperates and helps coworkers if needed and is committed to the success of the team.
• Attends meetings, as required.
• Maintains strictest confidentiality, both internally (with other Summit employees) and externally (with the public).
• Adheres to the corporate compliance plan and policies.
• Actively participates in site-level Quality Improvement Activities. Each employee will contribute to the continual evaluation of site performance as well as the implementation and measurement of improvement activities that increase the quality of care provided to patients.

Performs complete physical exams, obtains complete medical histories, and records findings.
Maintains and reviews patient records, charts and other pertinent information.

Position Description:
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the park in a safe and secure condition. The Security Guard will perform patrols throughout their work shift and address any Guest and/or Staff security concerns that may emerge. Security Guard is responsible for protecting zoo assets. Security Guard will be responsible for communication of Severe Weather responses and participate in all of the zoos emergency protocols. Security Guard is responsible for the coordination of parking guests when required. Responsible for performing park wide security patrols throughout assigned shift.

The Programming Contract Administrator is the essential underpinning of Tennessee Performing Arts Center's programming department. Primary Responsibilities
Contract Administration & Compliance
This permanent part-time role, estimated at 10-20 hours per week, requires expert attention to detail and a proactive approach to contract management across multiple programming areas, including TPAC Presents, Education, and Venue Rentals.
Contract Lifecycle Management:
Meticulously review, markup, sign, and process contracts for TPAC Presents, Education, and Resident Company programming, ensuring all deal terms are accurately confirmed and necessary addenda are attached and signed.
Manage and modify existing contract language as needed to meet TPAC's business requirements.
Review various agreements for Development, Operations, and Education departments, as needed.

The Contract Administrator plays an important role in the accurate financial and administrative management of programming-related expenses and venue rentals.
Music Licensing and Royalties:
Complete data compilation and entry on the Music Licensing tracking spreadsheet for timely reporting.
Manage the quarterly submission and payment process for Performing Rights Organizations (PROs)-ASCAP, BMI, and SESAC.
Process quarterly payments for Music Licensing and file associated expense reports via TPAC's finance system.
Maintain monthly updates for internal departmental tracking.
Payment Processing:
Initiate requests for wire transfers and other necessary payments for TPAC Presents and Broadway productions, including processing guarantees at the start of each Broadway week and making deposits for TPAC Presents.
Data and System Management:
Ensure the Momentus system is updated with fully executed contracts, current COIs, and complete task logging with necessary follow-up.
Compile all budgeted and ancillary revenue for shows and events into a comprehensive Show Tracking Document for final impact reporting.
Administrative Support
Venue Inquiry Management:
Monitor the General Inquiry Line for Venue Sales, providing timely and professional email responses.

Programming Scheduling:

Skills and Knowledge

Greet guests, check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol, take beverage orders directly from guests, mix drinks, cocktails and other bar beverages as ordered, able to create and serve drinks in a timely manner and in compliance with TABC Liquor Laws/Rules and company standards.
Previous cash handling, handle an assigned bank, and follow all cash handling procedures, collect payment for drinks served.
Ensure that the assigned bar area is fully equipped with tools and products needed for mixing beverages and serving guests, prepare inventory and/or inventory requests as needed to replenish supplies, and complete all issued inventory control reports.
Maintain an organized and clean working area by performing general cleaning tasks to adhere to health and safety standards. (sweeping, mopping, cleaning of glass doors and windows, etc.) as needed, and take trash to trash compactor.
Work TPAC events and receptions as directed by F&B Management, at least six (6) shifts each month, and a flexible schedule as determined by TPAC's show schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Skills and Knowledge
Required: High school diploma or equivalent, valid TN ABC Permit, and 1-2 years of related experience or training. Must 18 years or older with knowledge of Tennessee liquor laws and regulations. Must meet state and city health requirements for food handling and alcoholic beverage service. Comfortable with navigating F&B areas and various theater settings. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong customer service skills.
Preferred: Familiar with IOS/iPads, how to tap a keg, extensive knowledge of beer/wine/liquor and drink recipes, and the ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.

Position Description:
The Security Guard is responsible for maintaining the park in a safe and secure condition. The Security Guard will perform patrols throughout their work shift and address any Guest and/or Staff security concerns that may emerge. Security Guard is responsible for protecting zoo assets. Security Guard will be responsible for communication of Severe Weather responses and participate in all of the zoos emergency protocols. Security Guard is responsible for the coordination of parking guests when required. Security Guards work various scheduled shifts throughout each 24 hour period, seven days a week, including working weekends, holidays and after hour events as assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing park wide security patrols throughout assigned shift.
Responsible for identifying any incidents and reporting them to direct supervisor.
Responsible for monitoring weather conditions and communicating status to zoo staff and guests when action is required.
Responsible for ensuring that the zoos security systems are in working order.
Responsible for coordinating staff efforts in efficiently parking guests when they arrive and assisting them when exiting.
Responsible for maintaining a daily activity report and preparation of incident reports for any occurrences during the shift.

Physical Responsibilities:
