Responsibilities:
You will lead, mentor, and motivate a team of electronic engineers providing daily technical guidance and support to team members. The Electronic Engineering Supervisor is responsible for overseeing a team of electronic engineers engaged in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic systems and components. Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronic Engineering or a related field.
7-10 years of proven experience in electronic design, development, and testing.
3+ years of previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
Strong technical skills, including proficiency in electronic design software and testing equipment.
Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as ISO, IEEE, and EMC directives.

The Corporate Transactional Paralegal is a key part of our professional client teams and this assumes responsibility for transactions with a significant project finance component. Specific job duties
Draft Operating Agreements, Bylaws, Certificates of Incorporation, Board and Shareholder Consents, Financing Documents, Legal Opinions, Officers Certificates, Notices of Borrowing, other ancillary closing and funding documentation, Warranty and Stock Option documentation, Securities memos and Closing Checklists.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with billing assistants, attorneys, LPAs, and clients for e-billing setup, rate management and accrual submissions.
Enforce client e-billing guidelines by proactively setting up rules and constraints within financial software used by the firm.

Role Overview
The Tax group at Stoel Rives LLP helps to guide clients through the increasingly complex maze of tax matters. We are seeking to add an Attorney with 6 or more years' experience to our dynamic practice in the Pacific Northwest to be based in our Portland office. Our tax group offers a full range of advice and strategic counsel on the tax implications of complex business transactions. We also have an active tax controversy practice, including state and local tax controversy matters throughout the region. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling clients on an array of federal and/or state and local tax issues in transactional matters.

The pay range for this position is $220,000+; however, the base compensation presented to a candidate may vary based on skills and overall experience. This salary range is based on market location.
