Pros of working at ITW

Excellent benefits, training and opportunities

Cons of working at ITW

Some of the high level managers are only interested in getting their bonuses, ITW has lost some of its high ethical approach and has become like most other large corporations

Pros of working at ITW

Freedom from too many bosses, there are times that you can be in a job with a multitude of matrixed bosses, this is not one of them.I only have one boss and he is cool

Cons of working at ITW

Emails can be overwealming, but for the most part they are not more than any other job
